Sechelles - Seychelles , Zanzibar connection the SIROP/CDU/MDP/Alliance/

On the 28/09/08 St Micheal Feast Day our 60th Birthday, we watched via
ARTE TV the documentary on the life of Princess Salma of Zanzibar. We
will add some link at the bottom of this article.

In the
documentary and a great deal of very serious research and work done - a
Zanzibari lady professor at a leading German University moderate and a
leading professor in Dar es Salam University also moderate.

Beside
the German like the French, Portuguese or British and Italian need to
emphasise their Colonial power, sphere of infuence and power over the
land - territory they once held for current generation and other
propagandist reasons. It was well documented.

Beside our
history, political interest as a young man teen in early 1960's when
our relatives and later parents when to work and so to say settle in
East Africa. The impact in colonial Seychelles, Mauritius, Reunion and
the region. The Economic motor, communication system and shipping links
between the region. Also the important education, medical and religious
advance difference between those Island countries.

Not only
educated in East Africa, some of our siblings were born there, the
quality of life, culture and social progress then which existed.

With
the call for independance, the discussions we had at school after
independance and those who had lived there befor independance -
development of things, the region, African and the world later - the
future. We discudded in raw details what independance would entail -
"so to say" the Pied Noirs of East Africa. Independance process in
other African countries. The aspiration and ambition of our black class
mates, the black people and individuals we knew and black friends.

Upon
our return to Seychelles and not able to return to East Africa - Uganda
to finish our education confronted with coping and making do with what
we had acquired in East Africa adn those who had lived, work and
journeyed to East Africa. Most important the development of Seychelles
Politic.

In Seychelles before 1976 from 1961 those who were
able to see clearer than those Seychellois and expatriate who had live
in Seychelles inspite of their riches and education, position in the
Island politic and regional affairs and colonial administration. Most
were aginst Mancham idea of Sechelles - Seychelles joining with
Britain. However we also knew that FA Rene, SPUP call for Independance
and Republic international status where and what this would lead. The
camp and position many took. Those also who supported and favoured a
kind of Rhodesia unilateral break away situation to avoide the Mancham
or FA Rene future development. We maintained this until we had to
depart, go into exile from Seychelles in 1976 after independance.

In
vienna we maintained contact with individuals who had live in East
Africa and those who had worked in East African. Like in persuing our
business, intellectual development and supporting the political
development of Seychelles, the Indian ocean Region. Not to exclude the
very important role and position UNIDO, World Bank UN Office in Vienna
played. The very large army of officials who work there from Africa.
The intellectual exchanges and very important the privilage to
undertake the Research and promote the concept for an Indian ocean
Industrial Investment and Promotion Centre. Edited by African Officials
of UNIDO - world bank support. The Cold War, the Camps of West and East
their political line, views and interest.

It must not be
forgotten and underlined that the bold challenge to undertake this
research after discussion with UNIDO officials for East Africa,
Seychelles, Mauritus was prompted and stongly motivated by our
education in East Africa, life there, social situation. We had
witnessed the collasp of economic, social and political progress in
East Africa and other parts of Africa - then OAU> Very important
given our French and European ancestral roots was fully aware that was
not the economic direction and road for our nation, brothers and
sisters.Underlined by the fact we had had very direct and influential
discussions, grooming, challenges set to us by those who had worked in
Colonial administration in East Africa. Most important the argument,

Africa History, people, economy, colonial administration, Justice and

hear say stories - this was the vast experience and wealth of knowledge
who had been in theOfficial of the Attorney General, Administrator General, close advisor to the sultanate
very many years and after the Revolution. This is somebody who had
close and strong links and contacts with the people, the Asian, theGoans/Portuguese, the Ismael's and the Arab communities, including the Seychelles community - who had served the Island some 27/8 years.

We have underline our French ancestral links to the Arabs nations and in turn we the sechelles - Seychellois how we relate to them. We are also talking in term of religious, cultural and economic, ( The very terrible phobic
which the USA and so called allies unleashed on the Arabs and anybody
who try to understand their plight, politic, religious thinking and
development)

Beside our own ex Seychelles community in Britain
form East Africa, their important view on the politic of Seychelles
then, the role of former president JRMancham - the mess we had landed and FA Rene SPUP government, individual like Mr Robert Frichot, Dr D'offay, Mr Gerrard Houreau their views and those in France, Germany and Italy who had live in East Africa.

have underlined the important efforts we made to address, research,

research and discussion in Germany in preparation for not just theSIROP exile return program of 1987 but the many attempts for an eventual military change in Seychelles and where this would lead.

It must also be noted the size of Zanzibar, its history, the strong political relation between Seychelles and Tanganyika - Tanzania and the resource FA Rene and the SPPF government used , relied upon to develop their politic, regional influence, politic, economy and international relation.

Those in German who were very curious what relation Seychelles had with Zanzibar when we were doing all that. Their lack of information and misguided inceptions.

There had been great plan – hopes that the £/$ billions and trillions saved from the Arms industry, armaments would be invested in social projects in Europe, like that Channel Tunnel, like that CERN project in Switzerland and a few others. That the money would be used to change Africa, Latin America, Asia subcontinent significantly. That wast the vision of those involved in the Net work. changes in the Middle East. The European dynamic was to be different with greater participation of civil societies – not handed from the top dictate from Bruxelles, the Parliament and other EU institutions – those in the Networks were citizens of EU, European Nations. Again those from the USA, President Bill Clinton in spite of the hard work to get him elected. The new strategy of USA to thwart, create confusion, make things difficult for the European progress – create division among the EU Leadership, the Commission , the EU Institutions and the media.

We say it those who have trained, associated and groomed us in the field of Interdisciplinary Management disciplines belong to world caliber, leaders, thinkers for the EU, the USA and rest of the world. When you put in place such abnormal system calculatedly the many chain reactions. Irrelevant if your are going to be only one or two terms in the White House. Unless something is grossly wrong with one intention or thinking. ( By the way we will not even wast time to start on the issues of one world government – what this is all about and entails, you cannot control you family how can you control the world – with all the guns, police and arms of the world this cannot be achieved) also the issues of WANGO – talking of one world government, they hijacked very many important agendas being promoted by the Network which led to the Polish changes and the COMECON, the USSR, because they are corrupted and dishonest – they think only of big money. Power and their dream of controlling the world – through such as WANGO. Because of the same corrupted benchmark – approach to fleecing a whole nation on a bogus ground their ground they put WANGO together to foster democracy in the world – their corrupted agendas and the state of the world today.

We now have a chain reaction. The corrupted benchmark in place across all of the world workings. The same corrupted bench mark responsible for major corporate, government , International Institutions decision making machinery. Those involved in managing world resources and reserves.
How this will finally affect European consumers. They are the idiots, the milking cows, the morons.

Next come Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Small Nations as those of the Indian ocean, the Pacific, the Carribeans. The many governments who were communist or socialist – one party state. It take a life time to build a house, plant a field and make something work. They have been hit the hardest. Form the socialist/communist to so called market democracy whatever this means to ruthless greed , corruption and oppression – control of the civilian population – civic societies. Because we were involved importantly in the debacles of make poverty history – Africa debt write off – monitor the £/$ billions of aids and such money which have vanished – the plight of those African countries. There is not one African news paper which one read and does not read of the food situation, price explosion and the political, social tension and pressure on so call democratic values – The question to ask which would be better to suffer under the guns of the Communist system or the Capitalist corrupted benchmark/values – mind control management practice, distorted religious, social values, media controlled - backed by the guns and so called perverted rule of Law - to generate multi trillions policing/arms industry, Surviallance - only a few are getting richer and the mass go hungry and starve. This will be the case of Seychelles and the Indian ocean Islands too.

Those across the energy, resource of services, food productions, raw materials who how not just because of the price of Oil – because it is the done thing, it is the corrupted practice – to work. The many countries who have to pay exorbitant bills to generate electricity for the population and industry, The results prices going up by 100 percent or more.

We all appreciate good salary – the same racket applies the salary issues and the Housing politic. Those big banks involved.

The Governments from the first world war, the politicians and the second world war do not have the guts, the ethic to radically bring about such/the changes in thinking needed to clean the table/ start afresh only the civic societies – those who have been involved in such networks before the Second world war and the first and we during the Cold War.

Because we have been involved in these network some 27 years we know that radical change can be made and the price of Oil reduce drastically – the price of goods and other basic resources. The very many new issues of "psychological/parapsycological bullying which over night exploded in all domain and areas as a results. Not just in Britain, in France and everywhere on the continent at first the French debacle that his was the "British human mad cow" This trend spreading all over the world and the reaction of the Arabs/Muslims nation about the use and abuse of this phenomena.
Because we were interested in the complex issues of thinking in African countries, the Indian ocean, criminal practices - was privileged to have had extensive contact with a number of leading psychologist in Austria their approach to the many past leading Teachers like Freud - their own specialty. With the same energy, vigor, force they forced, bullied the EU Commissioner and Ministers to accept the setting up of a Terrorist Department .We had argued and many others there ought to be a differentiation between excessive abuse of what had become termed as "Satanic rave/rage, crack vibes - later associated with VCJD - the politicians and media call spin" already the terrible situation which were developing in vast areas across the world - including weather phenomenas, climate change. Those so called Scientist the politicians brought on board to back their arguments like those dishonest General in the USA, and the scientist and the Secret agencies who had lobbied and argued that Saddam Hussein had WDM was going to destroy the world in 5 minutes.

Today in EU, when you talk, discuss the issues with the men and woman on the street irrelevant what ethnicity and where he come from - present in a friendly and discussable manner they will all agree and confirm that the abuse of the infernal satanic rave/rage/crack vibes is the cause to the vast majority of the not only social, political, family, education, judiciary, police, bad council politic, media abuses and a very long list of other related issues.

The major problem is what is going on in the Christian world, church, when you have the church preaching that his system ought tom be included in the church practice, reading of the scriptures, praying, singing thymes -" those from the Christian world who cannot differentiate between a very abnormal system and a normal system in communication and practice". This is the biggest challenge for mankind.

When you have this system used and abused in family life - "then all hell can and will break loose". The same system - phenomena can be applied to destabilize a whole nation, population, political plat from or agenda, community, village, residential region, farming communities, school, university, conference, summits, corporate business, NGO working, voluntary sector working, sporting events, musical events. When the family get together to watch the TV the vast many TV station who use this system to bully, program, threaten, con, manipulate the mind of the adult, male, female, children and the single parents – this can lead to massive clash of interpretation and point of view, which is where family dispute and disintegration – meltdown takes place.

Mr Justice Coleridge says action is needed to halt a "downward spiral".

A senior family court judge has hit out at the government over what he says is an "epidemic" of family failure that will have "catastrophic" effects.

In a speech, Mr Justice Coleridge, a Family Division judge for England and Wales, warned the results could be as destructive as global warming.

He said ministers are not doing enough about a "meltdown" in family life.

The government defended its record on the family and said most children were "safe, healthy, and achieve well".

In a speech in Brighton to lawyers from Resolution, formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association, the judge warned of a "cancerous" increase in broken families and said the government must take "comprehensive action".

The judge said those who witnessed the goings-on inside family courts would be aware of it being a "never ending carnival of human misery - a ceaseless river of human distress".

Using very strong language, Mr Justice Coleridge warned of a bleak future if the UK did not address the problems he described.

He said "the effects of family breakdown" would, within the next 20 years, be "as marked and as destructive as the effects of global warming".

"We are experiencing a period of family meltdown whose effects will be as catastrophic as the meltdown of the ice caps," said the judge, who added that its effects pose "as big a threat to the future of our society as terrorism, street crime or drugs".

Mr Justice Coleridge said the collapse of family life is at a scale and severity that would have been unimaginable even 10 years ago.

'Broken' families

"What is certain is that almost all of society's social ills can be traced directly to the collapse of the family life," he said.

However, Mr Justice Coleridge, who heads family courts in the south west of England, did not criticise single parents directly.

"I am not saying every broken family produces dysfunctional children but I am saying that almost every dysfunctional child is the product of a broken family.

"What is government doing to recognise and face up to the emerging situation? The answer is: very little and nothing like enough.

"It is fiddling whilst Rome burns."

Mr Justice Coleridge outlined a number of recommendations to improve the societal ills he described.

The suggestions included placing family justice at the top of the political agenda; allocating more staffing and money to family issues; better funding for contact centres to aid family cohesion; and extensive reforms of the laws relating to divorce, cohabitation and financial relief.

On the issue of legal reforms, Mr Justice Coleridge said divorce law and those relating to financial orders were "last properly reformed two generations ago, in the mid-60s, when society was altogether different.

"The current laws are not suited to modern social mores of the way we live now."

'Challenging circumstances'

A spokeswoman for the Department for Children, Families and Schools said: "Most children and young people in England today are safe, healthy, and achieve well."

She added: "We do not agree that there has been a breakdown in the family - 70% of families are headed by a married couple.

"And a recent BBC poll suggests that three-quarters of people in Britain are optimistic about the future of their families, 24% higher than when the same question was asked in 1964."

The spokeswoman said the Children's Plan put children and families at the centre of everything the government did.

Meanwhile, more than £250m was being spent developing local services for parents in England, focusing on those in "challenging circumstances".

David Laws, the Liberal Democrat spokesman for children, schools and families, said the judge was highlighting trends dating back at least 20 years.

"This government is not the source of the family breakdown problem but policies such as the operation of tax credits have made it more difficult for some families to bring up children in stable, two-parent households," he said.

We would like to take the opportunity to remind those who are involved with the COI, we were the original promoter of that concept and did the original research to set it up – under Indian Ocean Industrial Investment Promotion Center.

Mr Paul Verger underlined the fact that Seychelles posses the political will to implement energy project with the sun and Sea as source. The projects in discussions by the COI member state.

We are now in the year 2008 – way back in 1984/5 with Lady Tacther very much in Office, her government, the politic of France, South Africa, the OAU, India, Pakistan, Israel. Those who remember the issues of the Vietnamese Refugee, Sir Lankan – the idea we communicated to Lady Tacther that one of the Island of BIOT be taken and turned into a refugee Colony/place, that would have included Seychelles refugees/exiles and the Illois. Under an International control the UN/UNHCR.

There was the issues of energy, at the time lady Tacther government was promoting the North Seas Oil exploration issues. OPEC politic then.

We had, given the science – technology available then proposed to run the Island on Solar energy/Power, those from South Africa who were in the know. Countries like Germany, Austria and Spain, Australia, South Africa, Israel who have had the technology then.

We had look at the cost of providing energy for 10 – 15,000 person. Had the other communities, joined the project none exile, developers,, business man and those supporting the project we envisaged complete solar energy. Including the water treatment and desalinization plant.

{On the back of these issues, the for and against nuclear energy, the vast NGO network we were involved – the decision to put together that mega energy reactor under the Swiss mountain – CERN}

The issues raised was the impact of the Solar catchment on the environment, on habitat, on people lives and the econ system. (Meanwhile a very great deal can be researched, studied online from very many leading sources – unlike 1984/5 when these information was/were available only to specialist, those only allowed to get at the information and the lobby they supported)

In region, countries where there are vast land space though the environmental/ecological impact can still be measured. In small countries like Seychelles, BIOT Islands there would be a high amount of ecological/environmental impact. The evaluation/monitoring of such impact must be maticulously monitored recorded. Preferable some of the impact known before hands and counter measures put in place or other technology brought in to suppress the environmental impact.

We ask the question to Seychelles Government and those in the Indian ocean. We had planned if one is truthful enough to ask President FA Rene under that SIROP/Alliance/DP/MPR/SNM exile program to put in place a high percentage of Seychelles/ the nation energy need on solar. Again the environmental and ecological impact. It would have required a different politic and set of political rules – again those large companies, none Seychellois who would have wanted to control the industry.

Twenty years have gone since that exile program was implemented – the energy situation in Seychelles and the region.

Some of the important factors which prevented the Government and politicians from implementing such energy project – the politic of control through oil/fossil generated electricity in the homes and rural areas. The issues and mechanism used to influence political power and manipulate people daily lives. Then we have the issues of the politic of the oil industry, those who make their lucrative business in the oil industry, with the government getting revenue on Tax and the electricity it generate. Another most important factor the cuts of the political parties or the politicians. In itself the management of the power station and power grid – the politic behind it. To which party those appointed to what post belonged to.

Then we have the generators themselves – those doner nations or institutions, they would not have loaned money for solar energy – but for fossil fuel/oil based generated energy. Their politic, their control or propaganda. The financing of such power/energy project. The politicians getting their cut, those involved in the many line from planning to running the power plant.

We have the politic of diplomatic exchange – those sent by Seychelles government to study or extended study in generation energy/power, the politic involved, the nation who accorded what academic slot to study what subject. The bilateral political equation.

The given result the situation we are in for energy in Seychelles and the region.

This thread is not aimed at look at the many failed attempt to extract/find oil/gas in the Indian ocean Seychelles region. The terrible, corrupted politic and practice. Those who have taken Seychelles government, the nation and politicians fro a very long ride. Not to exclude those who would just hate Seychelles to discover oil/gas. The USA, Britain – even France among others.

In the SIROP/alliance/DP/SNP/SNM/MPR exile return program we had look briefly at what it would take to put in place adequate/X percent of Seychelles energy from solar. Not just president FA Rene involvement, individual like Mr Guy Morel then the GMR syndicate. What happens we are set to work, research, promote and ;lobby to get anywhere – whilst we are doing that suddenly you hear that in Britain, the US, France or Germany some great idea have been developed for energy, or politic or such great energy issues have been presented at major energy summit. The multinational and the big business then join in and pillage our ideas and efforts, like sharks when they have seen blood and pray.

We could have done a great deal to influence the energy politic of not just Seychelles, the EU and African Union. Because of the many instance we have been involved those who have turned round in the name of certain pseudo institutions take our initiatives, ideas and in the end we get an assassination or termination contract on our head and our Seychelles EU community is kicked in its butt. Which have become pretty sore.

Instead those, the many politicians and scientist who cannot think, they promote the Nuclear energy as alternative energy and the dirty politic with it. This source of energy only for Western White Nation, not Arabs or African or Asians.

La question de nouvelles sources d’énergie a été largement évoquée lors du récent Conseil de la COI. A un moment où tous les pays de la zone souffrent beaucoup du coût du pétrole, les décideurs politiques des pays de la COI sont déterminés à chercher des solutions alternatives.

L’Ile de la Réunion accueillera prochainement une réunion consacrée à ce sujet. D’ailleurs vendredi dernier, le Président du Conseil Régional de La Réunion, M. Paul Vergès a discuté du sujet avec le Président James Michel lors d’une visite à State House.

Selon M. Vergès, dans cette ère nouvelle qui commence avec la prise de positions internationales contre l’effet de serre et de son aggravation et le problème de l’énergie avec le prix du pétrole qui s’enflamme, les pays membres de la COI découvrent que nos îles ont des ressources insoupçonnées. « Nous sommes dans la zone équatoriale et tropicale où nous avons le soleil qui peut devenir une principale source d’énergie ; nous avons la mer qui nous donne des possibilités très grandes.

Nous sommes aujourd’hui les seules îles au monde à avoir une possibilité de faire valoir une volonté politique de se donner un objectif visant à éliminer le pétrole comme source d’énergie à terme. Nous avons de possibilités réelles d’une autonomie énergétique réelle avec autant sinon plus d’énergie qu’aujourd’hui mais avec des ressources propres. Je suis très heureux que le Président Michel y croit fermement et nous comptons sur son soutien pour faire avancer ce grand projet d’énergie propre ».

M. James Burty David, Ministre mauricien des Affaires étrangères par intérim y croit aussi car pour lui le pétrole, le carburant fossile, est devenu prohibitif en terme de prix et nous avons dans les pays de la COI suffisamment de ressources et de sources d’énergie : le soleil, la mer et le vent. « L’énergie à partir de ces éléments n’est plus un rêve, ça peut être traduit dans les faits. Des réunions sont prévues pour en discuter, à Maurice et à l’île de la Réunion très prochainement. Cela nous donne beaucoup d’espoir pour l’avenir.

Les Seychelles et l’Ile Maurice peuvent faire avancer ces projets d’une façon significative. D’ailleurs le Président James Michel en est très convaincu », a-t-il confié à ‘Seychelles Nation’.
