Tonight we had wanted to dig up some of the old London City connections we had been with indirect contact leading to the so call Big Bang then 1986 and then agenda if and when we changed Seychelles - the military option had been sorted out, a Stock Exchange those who could/would be willing to help, become involved in London and elsewhere. .

For all those Senior MP of Sir James Manchan and new politicians today in Seychelles you just did not get anywhere close to formulating or attempting to put together any idea which would impact any country in Africa of the Indian Ocean  without those that need to know - know.

We had been working, involved in European, USA, South Africa, Australia, Then USSR, COMECON and China, Latin America Market, Big financial workings for some 8 years and had had the opportunity to make many experiments - again not what we may attribute to children - but very adults.  This included then  Lady Thatcher person.

When we write we contributed to saving/ finding solution to Britain Bankrupt economic system - we had been involved and among the need/requirement, necessity  to look at the aspect of its market working , Banking workings and not only make recommendation - have the ability to drive through or help make them work - the recommendation. We had the capacity and ability.  ( Sir James Goldsmith was very much  involved)

Important to say how we formulated/had the captivity to formulate  Market and Big Banking innovative ideas/workings which would be churned over by the like of Dr Prof M Hoffman, very many others, Prof Von Hayak and then get to Lady Thatcher officials - the leaks , spillage in instance and outcome - the media.  With Mrs Thatcher the relation was we had some good ideas and help implement them through we were/was her special friend - if and when we disagreed or opted/promoted for a different solution against those of her officials , government and many other we were/was her worse enemy. She threaten to have us locked-up or much worse.  We had the resilience and one required resilience working with such issues and Officials, personalities and size of Institutions.

We will be linking some of the articles to/for those interested - particularity, the very idea behind  the linkage of the many regional Stock exchange into a central one and the mega IT Trouble.  ( To put it simply like those who hijack that SIROP program and we had written that program our warning to everybody and the outcome - and a number important aspect of that Big Bang and the new super IT system we had worked, been involved in formulating  and managing them from an Interdisciplinary High management prospective.  The notion when you have a person who concept a major part of a system workings and those go along and put it in place and then decided to implement other ideas or their aspects and many other controversial issues - the management mechanism, dynamic, discipline will clash and the inability to manage it cause major situations.

To this day a very great deal behind the Big Bang and the New IT  System involved not properly/adequately told to the greater public - hence when former Chancellor Nigel Lawson say it was because the way the 1986 Big Bang was implemented - the impact on the 2007 global meltdown is partly correct but a great deal of grey area unexplained and - this is the ;problem and gravity. Similarly the explanation of then Chancellor Gordon Brown.  We  will not enter the greater EU and USA implications - that have never been written about.

Much of the issues we were working on then, the COMECON Market and banking system change, that of the USSR and how they would be integrated in the London Market and Big financial workings have never been addressed.  The issues of Germany Reunification and France Economic workings their ;Its impact on London and the global Market, Banking workings.

From the brief issues above those interested may glimpse why the White House, then Lady Thatcher, those in France, Germany, Italy Russia, south African judge our person capable to put in  place an adequate economic system and working for any eventual Seychelles change.  The vast majority of Seychellois did not were not aware of my capabilities and abilities - Mr Guy Morel, Mr Mario Ricci, President FA Rene and they used it for their own ends/gains.

By the way for those interested again - in the workings of High Interdisciplinary Management  disciplines one/we were required to discuss, share, debate the given thematic and how the modulation use to achieve this.

Whilst many or most in Sechelles Seychelles will be out somewhere celebrating  the opening of the Stock Exchange - doing whatever the like best - our background in Coral Strand Hotel - their disco then and La Gigolette. We want to take a brief moment to address the issues of the Big Bang, then lady Thatcher government, then Professor Von Hayak, the Dr Prof Micheal Hoffman, the chancellor Nigel Lawson and the MP Gordon Brown.

In the circle and circuit of High Interdisciplinary Management workings - information shared, discussed and decimated and those/those who break the rule and adopt a highly corrupted benchmark - once they have acquired certain or given information or worked with, they sell, make massive profits and better their person.

Even with its dismal only one Stock listed on the Seychelles Stock Exchange in  Seychelles, there is not one Mauritian  - with its highly efficient Stock Exchange and other new Market who can come forwards and say they have contributed to help change Britain economic situation, work  with the many PM and their respective governments  and the results or for that matter the EU and the USA.

In spite of addressing the above issues on SIROP blog and Seychelles Today Facebook - the only party that choose to react were the SFO, Downing Str and the White House.

We addressed the mechanism which exist and is applicable to drive a given Market, exchange or group, regional and global by $ X Billions or XXX or this in % X, XX or points - by the same token then mechanism which exist and is applicable that can bring a given Market/exchange down when and why this is applied reverting/creating the opposite effects. 

Such instruments, discipline and mechanism is not to be handled with unforeseen and incalculable results/consequences.

In Sechelles Seychelles in that Room all those Lawyers and Solicitors who pretend these issues just do not exist  - what kind of legal and justice system do we have in Seychelles. Mr Pesi Pardiwalla of Townmy and Lablache former Attorney General  Mr Phillippe Boulle and Maitre Daniel Belll we have addressed very many correspondences including President FA Rene Lawyer and Mr Christopher Gill  - Leader of SFP, Lawyer George and former SNP Mrs Anette George. Prewsident FA Rene, President Mancham, Judge Jacques Hodoul former MP and Minister , Political Party Leader, Judge Francis McGregor. Former Judge CJ Souyave, Judge Sauzier, Lawyer Mr Ramnijk Valabjhi, Notary R Nageon Deletemp. Notary Morel Du Boiel.  Other Leading Seychellois Exile Lawyers and Judges involved and supported develop that SIROP program. 

We just trust those of you serious/concern about the greater accountability, Financial and market workings of the world will read what we have commented here. Do not wait and rely on those form Seychelles to comment and state your views/position. 

If the attitude of the USA, British, French other European and world politicians is anything to go by their approach - those in Seychelles currently.

Given that we/our person have demanded accountability  the need to defend unborn  child and very elderly - then Pope John Paul ll 1990, then world - the announcement to create the unique body Alliance of Small Nations 1990, then impending 1st Gulf War and that Jewish old suitcase of  the Epstine/Beloff Family, all the  original documents pertaining Seychelles exile opposition and that SIROP program. The person of President Francois Mitterrand, then PM John Major, their counter part in Rome, Vienna. Then USA President. The important interfaith issues  - SDA,  Laurent  Fidelia (Mauritian) was our Family Pastor, what  we have addressed over the 22 years

To prove - show all those high parties in then EU 1989/90 they had things, their facts very wrong we decided importantly to land in Angers - Loire " excuse the buffoons for the use of the term Illuminati, archaic, Templar, masonic and fraternal" the terrible hypocrisy which prevailed then and existed then and today.  Those who knew other wise - had we not worked that COMECON, USSR change and German Reunification in Britain - say France,  how the world and Europe would have been very different today.

As such the vast issues of the world workings, the mighty USA, USSR, China, the Gulf Nation, Asia, Latin America and African Union their institutions.

Had we worked those issues in France or elsewhere - there would not have been the Gulf region mayhem, the 1st Gulf War, the Somali  Pirate and many other issues.

Over the past 21/2 years the many important issues which have come from Angers - France impacting EU, USA and world workings and the media lies, cover up and their high Officials.

Most important that SIROP program - Seychelles would have been a very different place, the COI, the OAU - AU workings, the issues of the Commonwealth, the Francophone and the IOR Association.  Time and time we have addressed and pleaded - help us to migrate form Britain - no arguments and everybody will see the difference. Those in Britain and London involved in manipulating and abusing our person - their aims and objectives then the garbage they write bout other nation human rights, society and civil situation.

Very likely this/the current meeting would/may never have taken place.

Society - the world  has/have a terrible manner, way  of relating to time and important events in our current time, to digest and assimilate properly adequately its significance - as such the period ending of then President George Bush Junior, those very prominent personalities, illuminates, in the USA foremost, Europe who had supported a different candidate to would be Presidential candidate Barack Obama.  Those who had judge we would be prove wrong.  Those interested can review USA and world/European media debacles.

Given the PM Blair so call new Labour and what it was really all about, the negative and positive aspects. In conjunction with USA Global position, politic and policies - particularly Asia, the Gulf Region and Africa.  Those who wanted to create a one world Order and its highly questionable mechanism and benchmark.  Meaning Britain, the USA were to invent ghost and military situation to maintain their military, diplomatic and geopolitical stronghold.

Prior to then Presidential candidate Obama coming on the  Horizon some of the important challenges which confronted both then President George Bush and PM Blair and the why's. Those who held the view that the balance of Power had shifted since the ending of the Cold War - yet very difficult via the UN to address this properly, the World Bank and IMF workings.

The/those who had endeavored to press then President Bill Clinton to develop a different USA foreign, economic and military for the Indian  Ocean and the outcome.  It was a good try.

Those who had hoped that the changes in the USSR, COMECON, Germany and Africa may gradually bring about situation which would compel the USA to develop alternative Policies.

We have addressed in previous Blog that - there are those outside the USA who had made it importantly possible that President Barack Obama's Party is successful and that he could present his candidature.  With all the challenge of a Black American coming to the USA President.

 Beside then important Latin America development and the very large Latin American percentage of voters, the need for a different global relation with the USA and China and in turn Asia and the Indian Ocean Region how this would/may work out four years down the road. { Before we forget President G Bush had really intended to use the Nuclear option to solving the mega problematic} Beside the mega economic and Financial situation - crises.

 President G Bush had strongly opposed the IOR - RIM Association of nations.

The modern Climate global initiative was really impacted by President Bill Clinton those who care to remember and note. Beside UN own agenda and debates and the greater world impute.  Those around the world who used this agenda to claw back Power the USA had acquired and bigger nations and their respective politics.

With the/an  election of a Black American President at that with strong/Important Kenya blood link, ancestry,  an individual who will seat in the White House, not having to rely on those/the armies of experts and what they research and deliver but a personal understanding of the greater needs and aspiration of such people and Nation.

Those who have not sat on their laurels and made good use of his/this Presidency to present, debate and promote alternative politic and policies - emancipated arguments which during President G Bush Junior would have been chuck out of the window.  The momentum the Alliance of Small Nations across the world.  Those who took examples of events in the USSR and the COMECON to given then courage and inspiration - vision  of what can be possible.

The question we would like to pose/as all those distinguish participants which took part and have taken part in policy formulation and debate, workshops up to now - had they we a George Bush Junior in the White House would this have been possible. { There are greater world under current which have and is impacting development} Had President Barack Obama not been elected for a Second Term what would have been the situation and scenario.

 Those who work and formulate such compels global politic and policies is required to think hard of the if too.

At the time of President Obama reelection campaign -this is another issues which very rarely made the headlines - with today's reference possibilities and online information this can be verify.  Again those who had battled against very strong odds  and the powerful establishments of the USA and the world, beside the important Latin America election and reelection machine - this was made possible.

Until last year President Obama was taking a more Bush like politic and position  to the Asia and Indian Ocean workings what convinced him that the world had changed and were moving very fast. Beside development in North Africa, Gulf Region , that of African Union economic growth what were impacting Africa important growth and the rest of the world  - Europe and the USA in particular.

Given, the workings of COI, IOR - RIM Association and the important manner Seychelles had changed from the Communist/One Party State to Multiparty and the driving forces in Europe, Asia, North America, the USA, Latin  America driving these changes and the important need for Seychelles young democracy to move and its inexperience politicians to react - found itself trusted in the Hot seat of regional politic, economy and diplomacy.

It is very sad and terrible that during this week very important and significant gatherings to prepare for next years world summit of Small nation  noddy dared mention and debate this, maybe they  did we have not read - admittedly this was not a lecturing class. What about the dreadful regional and world media total blunder.

However again for those concern with greater governance of the the region, to understand this in prospective of greater world workings, the many important mechanism and institutions - some form of  underlining statement be made.

The next few years of President Obama Term of Office is going to be very crucial to the battle and success of the Alliance of Small Nations  and associated UN formulated agendas.

 Those who have been involved and battled for so long to think hard of events after and put into place structures that will prevent who ever come to Office cause an erosion of the important success the Alliance of Small Nation have achieved.

It is very sad to note President JA Michel choose and refuse to acknowledge this. We do trust even if President FA Rene do not deserve to be mention here he will have the wisdom to understand the high importance.

A group of young people from a number of Small Island Developing States (Sids) including Seychelles are meeting here this week to prepare their contributions to submit to next week’s sub-regional preparatory meeting for next year’s Sids conference in Apia, Samoa.

‘We are bound together by the blue economy’

President James Michel has said that a new sense of momentum is needed to promote the voices and needs of small island developing states (Sids).

The President expressed this view at the opening ceremony of the Atlantic, Indian Ocean, and South China Sea (Aims) sub-regional grouping meeting held yesterday in preparation for the upcoming international conference on Sids in Samoa next year.

The Samoa Conference is a follow-up to the Barbados Plan of Action (BPOA) agreed in Barbados in 1994, which was the first specific conference on Sids, and the Mauritius Strategy of Implementation (MSI) of 2005, which was attended by President Michel.

The president said the protection and sustainable development of the oceans surrounding small island states was an issue deserving of attention, as it gave Sids the opportunity to take control and ownership of their oceanic spaces.

This, he said, would in turn enable fisheries resources to be developed sustainably by island states, and not only exploited by larger nations.

“The blue economy is about the future we want. Sustainability for islands is all about our ability to use our oceanic space as opportunities for development. As a consequence, achieving sustainable management of this oceanic space will be one which provides for the sustainability of our planet.”

“We are bound together by the blue economy, a theme that brings together the issues that matter most to Sids,” said President Michel during his opening speech.

“We are bound together by our oceanic space; and this oceanic space is also one which provides for the sustainability of our planet.  It connects islands, it connects continents and it connects us to each other.”

The prevailing theme at the meeting was the blue economy, so it was an effective show of solidarity that the Seychellois participants at the opening ceremony, and in fact even the United Nations under secretary-general Wu Hongbo himself, all wore blue shirts to turn the Kempinski conference room into a sea of blue.

“The first message we must take to Samoa is that we want a fair deal for Sids. A fair deal for Sids translates into a fair deal for our planet and indeed a fair deal for humanity,” said President Michel.  

He added that a fair deal also meant a truly sustainable governance structure for the world’s oceans.

“When harvesting the oceans for fish or other resources, they seem to belong to everyone,” he explained.

“But when it comes to dealing with sustainability of resources, of marine conservation or pollution, or piracy, the oceans seem to belong to no one.”

President Michel urged the participants to foster inter-island youth initiatives that will ensure that they continue to share ideas and mobilise resources for the Sids causes in the future.

 “In this context, an important partnership we must foster is connecting the young people from islands across the world.  I am pleased to note the input of the young representatives from the Aims region who met in Seychelles last week with the support of Unesco, and their ideas will be submitted to our conference,” he said. 

“Earlier this year I spoke about the need to have a regional youth initiative and within the Indian Ocean Commission we are determined to foster a stronger network among our young people.”

Over the next three days, the delegates from the countries represented in the region will present their findings, challenges and identify opportunities. They must then work together to agree on the region’s common vision to present at the conference in Samoa next year.

The Aims regional meeting is the last sub-regional meeting to take place to develop their agenda and solidify their regional position for the Samoa conference; the Pacific and Caribbean regions having already met and finalised their aims.

Global partnership a priority

The under secretary-general of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (Desa), Wu Hongbo, made it clear that the rest of the world also had an important role to play in ensuring the sustainable development of island nations.

Mr Wu said he had been appointed by the secretary-general of the United Nations, Ban Ki Moon, to be the secretary general of the upcoming conference in Samoa.

“Some Sids are among the least-developed countries in the world,” said Mr Wu, saying that island nations faced many social, economic, cultural and environmental challenges.

“I’m aware of the challenges, but equally determined to ensure the success of the Samoa conference,” he said. “Rest assured that the UN will come together to support the Sids agenda.”

“As we meet, the UN is also busy developing its post-2015 development agenda, which will have sustainable development at its core. I hope that the upcoming conferences will present an opportunity to share the aspirations and the unique vulnerabilities of Sids.”

A strong economic case

The chairperson of the Alliance of Small Island States (Aosis), Marlene Moses, said that for small island nations, there were many factors which placed them at risk of irreversible losses, including external factors such as rising ocean acidification levels and rising sea levels, and internal factors like pollution, erosion and overfishing. She said that Sids needed to take measures to make the oceans more resilient by addressing the impacts of these factors, both for the wellbeing of future generations and for the immediate benefits it would bring to local communities.

“Too often, the implementation of these measures has proven elusive,” Ms Moses said. “All too often, we find that implementation begins and ends with workshops and short-term consulting work. Sids are some of the most workshopped countries in the world.”

Ms Moses stressed that Sids must move beyond capacity-building to institution building, which for some nations would likely require long-term engagement.

She added that for this reason it was crucial for the delegates to present a compelling economic case at the Samoa conference to demonstrate how increased investment in infrastructure could build strong economic growth.

We had lost a child -2 month old January 1990,  at 87a Victoria Rd - Kilburn among other reason to save/salvage that SIROP program which had been hijacked/kidnap - by the USA and Britain/London and handed over/involving former President JR Mancham, Dr Maxime Ferrari the many issues we have written about the past 23 years. We decided to go and Stay in Mortlake . The office and the large flat with basement and those like Mr Christopher Savy, Mr Lewis Betsey and Mr Ralph Volcer who still lend us their support - Mr Philippe Boulle had already left London for Sechelles Seychelles.

That historic April/May 1990 against the will of those from USA who had been involved and London - the very intense pressure - another child was concepted, influenced/impacted by the River and Que Garden, Richmond Town and Park, Hampton Park and Kingston Upon Thames environment - which we visited often. The mother was working for a very private Hotel in Marylebone - the Manager and Irish person who understood what we were going through, the Irish community in London then, politic and my past work and that SIROP program I had concepted in Kilburn - Brent 1987, 87a Victoria Rd. Beside very close Family member in London, SDA, Catholic and Church of England.  The issues of the British Royal Family, the personalities and how this change - was/were influenced when we moved to Mort Lake.

The SDA folks praise, take a great deal of credit for being Biblical educated, highly versed/knowledgeable, they also maintained they were/are  the only True Religion. Then New Gallery on 123 Regent Str, Country Life manage and the SDA Church in Hamstead and the Jewish Synagogue across the street, St John Wood and the new one being build nearby. I/our person had attended and prayed in those place of worship. Beside Catholic, Church of England, Orthodox, Baptist churches we/I visited.

Pastor Laurent Fidelia, Mauritian and Family Headed a Church Hamstead SDA (The French speaking SDA Church at New Gallery London) In Seychelles that year 1990, the SDA Church, Church of England, Catholic, Bahia, Jehova Witness - we were visited frequently by them. Then Muslim Community in Seychelles - in Mauritius similar issues safe the very large percentage of Muslim and Hindu believer of the population.

Our favorite Pub when we could afford.  Around such area we developed and worked the issues of that SIROP program - after a difficult meeting would lend in the Pub. Those we would meet/quasi come across in the Pub - the conversations and other Pub comer/goer/eater.

Thus, we find our self when in December 1990, all the mega debacles, raws and bust ups, then PM John Major government and that of France President F Mitterrand, the papers sorted,   ready to go to Angers - Loire. The Irish Manager of the private Hotel in Marylebone,  the expectant mother had work/worked - on behalf of the Hotel gave her/us a 1990 Readers Digest illustrated, for those who do not know colour.  My person have been involved in Interfaith issues from Vienna - 1978, we held other view and belief beside SDA. We had traveled with that  Bible, using the Hover Craft via Folkestone, those Irish entities who had lend us their support to secure our place/Flat in Kilburn - Brent, the luggage, its contents issues, the Police,   in Paris with a pregnant/expectant mother  on to Angers - Loire, by then the 1st Gulf War was just a few days away. We also read a good deal of that Bible in Center Hospitalier and Universitair D'angers whilst the expectant mother was in labour and the Bible was by her bedside Table.  After the Birth against all the arrangements, and arguments not to return to Britain/London we found our self returning with the infant and that Bible, two other suitcase stayed behind with all the many papers, pictures, notes from 1978 Vienna to 1990 in London. Including taped conversation. Most important all the original notes and outline of that SIROP program.

We had been six months in the place/Flat 1991 - the historical announcement in Sechelles Seychelles - return of Multi party politic. We decided   to flee for our lives and safety and that of the Child. They would have killed/or harmed him or our person - what we have addressed the UN/UNHCR, the EU Court of Justice, the French Government, Societe Saint Vincent de Paul and others.  We left that Readers Digest Bible under a door with two heavy padlock beside the main  lock.  Two months later everything had been destroyed, the place ransacked and everything stolen. The sheer Terror that reigned upon our lives from those responsible - their objectives.

We have had between December 1990 to this July 2013 to pray, come to term with our faith, past events, so call world history, development in the Indian Ocean, Mauritius, Africa, the Gulf Region - the picture of Religion in 1990 when  Pope John Paul ll was the pastor of Vatican - Pope Benedict and today's Pope Francis.  Events across the world covering the many denominations, the state of the world and society today - most important the impact of the WWW or Internet based Religious, holy Scripture, Holy Koran, Torah and others the impact on religion and world belief. What about the belief in Seychelles, Mauritius, Reunion and the Region - Africa.  Most important the society we have and live in today. Most important the Bible society in Seychelles, the translation of the Bible in Creole, the many new church build and refurbished. At Anse aux Pins the new Church rebuild.

In Seychelles, my immediate Family who have turned their backs and treated our person as outcast because of religious belief importantly and politic.  Their respective lives and quality of belief, the children - today all young adults their lives and belief - what they represent of future Seychelles generation and society.

It has not been confirmed - we have been addressing the issues of a home for us in Seychelles, many exile have managed to acquire a home from the Leadership. The many attempts on our part.  Those that have been compensated - most important our/my involvement in that mega Reclamation project and the Housing politic and Development of Seychelles SPPF/PL government.  Over the past 23 years our work and life have impacted very very many, including young relatives or distant ones yet their attitude towards our person.  Those who have fought very hard that we do not and cannot return Home and their reasons and objectives. Particularly our Christian parents and close relatives. Those ancestors who build our family and their values, their properties and lands they acquired with the help of heaven and their toil.  A young member of the Family recently married is in the process of building a House/Home on that part of the property and the issues. All those who choose to ignore and forget events relating to the property the past 35 years and our person involvement. <" This Saturday we are not in any Church as they/those who are - we have this to say. Just as we were given that Readers Digest Bible illustrated and we have been Home - on that property, we had made photocopy form that Bible, with witness of our grand parents former worker stuck with blue tack those pictured on one of the large boulders and took pictures of our person and that of the worker and owner of the property - who was conned/drug and booz   by Seychelles government into selling them his ancestral land which boarders our grand parent's land and they sold to  that Indian Construction Family - their House today. We wish to underline/stress that Readers Bible illustrated was gifted by the Manager of Marylebone Private Hotel, the issues we have addressed above - he was Irish, the Irish community in Kilburn Brent, the issues of the Irish Police in Seychelles police Force - my/our contributions, involvements. This young relative was privilege to be given the opportunity to study marine engineering along with other young Seychellois in Ireland - the Irish values, traditions and culture - society across the world. Just as there are important regulations, training and certification before one acquired an Engineer Diploma/degree. the values and tradition in in our Family. We are very aware of new legal development and process too.  In Christian manner we ask/request all those involved, to take due note of what we have addressed in public - their respective view on that Earth quake  Tsunami of 2004/5, the global meltdown of 2007 and that so call very abnormal weather condition which occurred two months ago.  Just as our ancestors left France some 350 years ago and the braced the elements and nature on their knees - we will go down on our knees, heaven decision  and the outcome - we will not be responsible for. ">

Our great, great grand parents came to Sechelles Seychelles, Mauritius, Reunion, South Africa then from France with a Bible under their arms or in their luggage as God's light, unchallenged Holy scripture, the mega blood bath in Europe and the Middle East in past centuries and time that his Holy book come to existence and alive.  They defy all of then nature conditions, death, sickness, lack of food and comfort and uncertain future with the Holy Scripture under their arms, on their Tables  and in their modest Homes.  The sacred, unique and binding Powers of that Holy book.  What about the former COMECON, USSR and China then 1990 and today.  That SIROP program linked with the historic and unique change that took place in the above mention countries was not a man inspired it was people who went/had gone down on their knees and prayed for heavenly guidance and inspiration what took place and events.

Angers - Loire will experience a very historic event this July, 2013,  - related to that SIROP program, South Africa Huguenot, Mauritius, Reunion and Seychelles Heritages, the mighty and great Cathedral of Angers, history and its ancient Castle, Town and region.  Those from Societe Saint Vincent de Paul, those from the Centre Hospitalier and Universitair D'angers, the Palais de Justice and the Municipality - those from the archaic, illuminati, Templar, druid, Agnostic and Fraternal - Masonic entities of France and Angers.

The Supreme Court ordered fresh summons be served on the office of the Seychelles Specialist Medical Centre

"The Supreme Court has ordered that fresh summons be served on the office of the Seychelles Specialist Medical Centre to appear before it in two weeks time to contest a seizure claim.

The Seychelles International Mercantile Banking Corporation known as Nouvobanq is asking the Court to seize the company’s property which is based on the sea-front at Providence for failure to repay a loan which is believed to be around €15 million.

The Court recently heard that the respondent had not been served since the company’s representative, Dr. V. Ramadoss is currently out of the country after falling out of favour politically with the ruling Parti Lepep in April last year.

Chief Justice Frederick Egonda-Ntende therefore, ordered that a new summons be served on the company’s headquarters, which is listed at the Pirates Arms building on Independence Avenue in Victoria. This will allow the medical company at least 14 days to prepare their answer to the bank’s claim."

Having written the thread about our Exile/refugee link to Sri Lanka and its exiles, the need to react to the above issues.  Every country - nation have their manner and way of working, in a much that the UN, EU Commonwealth and African Union judge they can or may at some time be able to calibrate this that everybody work along a given benchmark - we have 36 years of monitoring and working the world most complex issues - this will never happen. In Seychelles we need to face stark reality. 

Over the past 30 years our highly complex and complicated workings, ways, manner of doing things in Sechelles Seychelles - there after all those who choose to given their spin, reason, explanation, expert opinion - the reality. 

Those surrounding former President FA Rene, then SPPF/PL, including then Minister James Michel the very many issues regarding Seychelles Development and International business we have contributed in one form or another. Particularly the person of Dr Ramadoss. 

We  need to stick to specific - each time we have gone about undertaking  any major development, associated working of be it our greater EU Seychelles workings or the SIROP program how it has influenced and impacted the Politicians and business entity, Developers in Seychelles to react and  become involved in a given project.  

This manner and approach of workings is not just Seychelles, it apply to the COI nation., Africa, Gulf Region, Asia and India, beside Europe, China, Russia, USA, Latin America, and North America. 

over the past 36 years when ever  such issues have arisen and impacted a major development we took and have taken to making notes and saving them so that it can be referred to if any body wish /requested and developed discipline and other complex management mechanism to monitor and work this issues including a t high global corporate, university/education, Banking and Institutions workings. 

If anybody requires - the details of events that caused Dr Ramadoss, then President FA Rene and Associate to formulate this prestigious Hospital project.  We also have the capacity to drive such engagements and development once formulated.  What took place and why this did not go forward. 

We also have important experience in the Health, Hospital, Medical  - National Health, Politic and Management - formulating policies at EU Government, the USA, Africa and other Nation government level. 

Among one of the reason we had attempted 13 rimes to meet with President FA Rene was to discuss exactly some of those complex issues - nobody nor him requested that we make a list of the topic for discussion. It was clear there were/would be a number of highly pertinent issues to discuss.  Hence during the 13 attempts as we stayed in Seychelles 2009 those who followed and monitored the debacles in Seychelles. 

We had wished to raised some of the very major corporate workings with President FA Rene government and associates over the past 30 years - those that had come to fruition and those that had failed including that SIROP program/ - in private we did discuss this Development - how we had been involved and contributed.   President FA Rene total refusal to meet our person.  Hence upon our return  to Britain, the many we addressed and explained the situation - most important that SIROP blog we put into place - some of the pertinent issues which came out not meant for the public and the political reaction and corporate reaction. 

This said we -  are reasonably aware of the reason Dr Ramados had to leave Sechelles Seychelles.  Given that the court stated its wish to work more independently of politic - those and the Bank need to note, study what we have addressed. Issues which will impact public opinion, the Judges deliberating the case, the police and other future investors. 

The question anybody ought to ask including the Bench and Judiciary in Seychelles - how long can such abuse go on before any major retaliation, back lash or collateral development occurs. We have explained the 2004/5 Earth quake and Tsunami, the global meltdown of 2008 and they were importantly linked and related - yet the SBC, the current government and President Office and so call other experts.  Every body choose to ignore, study the gross injustice and abuse that have been going on for so long. 

This is supposed to be a medical,  health and hospital project about saving lives and keeping people alive.  The science  of keeping people alive is very complex and complicated  and the many discipline . One of the discipline involve and very important is what we have addressed here.  Seychelles boast on paper and media wise great achievements as stated during all of the month  of June celebration.  This Hospital project is a very blunt and stark reminder - the lies and distortion being told in Seychelles and those involved.
