What to do about an eyesore?

The abandoned shell of a huge concrete building at Soleil D’Or, North-East Point, has been an eyesore for years. According to reports, the owners met with financial difficulties after the start of the construction and have not been able to resume the project.
While authorities cannot just step in and do away with an abandoned building project, there has to be a way of dealing with cases that become an eyesore. This one has been there for around 15 years now.

The Colonial British government, the SDP, the Party of Mrs Delhomme, the Party of FA Rene – SPUP and other political factions.

The debate whether to build the Seychelles International airport on that stretch of Land. Or at Point Larue, the land of the Nageon des L'etempt, the D'offay, the Sovage, the Roullion, the Jubb family, the Cundell, Benson, the Lafrotune and others, Judge Stiven, further towards Victoris, the Stravens, the Ernestine, Lafrotune, the Golden Eggs family - Esparon, the Mondon, the English family next to the Church of England – great stamps collector, the Albert and other small property owners.

It would also have provided the new government an alternative – securer place to land military equipments, troops, joint exercise in the eventuality that the Seychelles International Air port became under other control – counter coup and the such. We have provided a list of the Projects and program which were to be implemented under the SIROP etc other political faction joined. Again one of the project would have been a separate military airport at North East Point.

We have had a very efficient Soviet/Russian Embassy in Seychelles, French presence, British, South African, USA and Chinese. Even if they were not there Officially. Those who know that when you put together an International Exile/refugee or repatriation program – even if they are not put on paper, the ideas, get discussed around by those with vested interest.

The Interest of the Russian after the fall of the COMECON, China, the USA. Come the announcement that Seychelles would become a multi- party nation. Suddenly – those parties close, friends and associate of the former SPPF regime who began to acquire strategic properties, location in Seychelles.

For what the international media, the USA, EU, African media and the national media have been informing the public. The very many important issues the public not aware off. The German Reunification had taken place and changes had taken place- Perestroika in Soviet Union. Those from Russia who decided to acquire that strategic part- point of Seychelles. The politicians and government active participation.

When we visited Seychelles in 2000 first time from exile construction had began. Some of the debate of those who have wealth to build and design their place of residence to include a Military Bunker in the eventuality of a Nuclear war or such.

This project and future reclamation to increase Land capacity have brought to an end any idea or debate of an eventual Military Air port or second Air port – for whatever use/function.

Prior to the mega global financial and economic melt down, because of the great importance of the Church - the Vatican played in contributing to the unparalleled peaceful changes in the former COMECON, USSR, OAU, the Indian Ocean.

Because of the role and important the Catholic church and its institutions play in the life of the population of the earth - from the interfaith, interdisciplinary, the global diplomatic prospective concern about its stand and position prior to what took place. Including political, economic, social, religious issues and their development in Germany and the EU. The issues which were affected.

Unlike the era and Office of Pope John Paul ll, the many important and complex political issues affecting the world and greater world politic. The position of the Church - its preoccupation with the issues of faith and church doctrine. Yet the terrible political system, benchmark, practice was allowed to run their course so to say until the mega blow up. One week prior to the G8 Summit there, the Vatican, Pope Benedict decision to publish the church document and assessment of what cause, the problematic of the mega world financial melt down, economic and other wise, the result of the EU election.

We have stated our view on the issues of one world Government. Most important those who even dare to present former Prime Minister Tony Blair as a candidate for the future EU President if and when the Lisbon Treaty is ratify.

Beside the Iraq sham his politic of control, his agenda and those around him to marginalize the role, work, responsibilities in EU and world affairs, supporting dishonest politic and media practice. Creating fear in the mind of citizens so that NGO are almost treated as enemy of the EU and its institutions - demanding and promoting laws to marginalize their involvements. What they had achieved and mega contribution to build the EU, Changes in the COMECON, the USSR, Africa and other parts of the world.

These same people like Tony Blair WMD, the issues of Iran threats to Poland or NATO. The polish US politic using that to climb over other EU member state.

The most important reason for this thread we believe is the accident to Pope Benedict after the announcement of the Polish first EU Parliament president. His right arms. At least when Pope John Paul ll was there - given the enormity of his Office, he took time and those around took time to come to our support and aid. When we got to badly trodden upon he came forward and intervened and helped. Not so Pope Benedict.

We are very concern that, the political reinvention of those former COMECON nations, their politicians and relevant institutions. Suddenly they have become more democrat than the very democratic system we sued to save them, come to their rescue and lend to averting a global nuclear war.

Those who think like Tony Blair with the use and abuse of "rave/rage - such mechanism” to influence and control issues, agendas and such group - NGO with them. Should we see such deterioration or direction of action, politic and diplomatic practice. We ought to see and expect more deterioration of situation, working mechanism of EU and inter Eu community, nation working relation worsening.

Just like in Seychelles, the very Communist system we helped change, contribute to transit from communist or extreme socialist to a socialist of EU standard. European leaders have assembled in the Hungarian capital Budapest to mark the 20th anniversary of the symbolic fall of the Iron Curtain that divided the continent during the four tense decades of the Cold War.

How terrible dishonest they are and they stand or hide behind State, national institutions diplomacy or Judiciary to hide and screen their scam practice.

Because we were involved, we were responsible – we will use language which the simple can and will understand. In Seychelles, Reunion, Madagascar, Comor, Seychelles every person small and great know and have come to know how the musicians work, where they get their inspiration and motivation for a song, video etc. It is because of political events, local events, accidents, military bust up, personal issues - and very many other issues. They do not use scientific methods to climb up to the starts or heaven to get their information and inspiration.

By the same process our Sechelles – Seychelles EU community way back in 1977 across Europe, France, Germany, Italy, Britain and the USA some of the Stars, important artist we have influenced, in small or important ways or manner. Just like we have influenced Sport personalities and the very politicians themselves.

In this case Micheal Jackson. It requires and demand discretion, due training and respect for those one is involved with – you just do not go and boast or brag about such issues - The existence of certain science to prove and disprove a given song or concert or movie was inspired or motivated or based upon a particular events or development.

In the case of Micheal Jackson the so call experts, the music media in the USA and the world media, the intelligence services and others. The very many songs he wrote and sang in relation to the political events, rather inspired by the political events and development of COMECON, EU, the world and daily happening. Those from the world media lies and indeed the artist themselves they cover up, they refuse to tell the true inspiration, they invent, they glorify – they are and can be very deceptive. The world call/name these individuals Stars and the politicians use them to set the standard for society.

Be they from the big multinational, the police, the politicians, the religious when you use or have used and apply certain Interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary management system or methods and then turn round and deny or lie or scam about sooner or later you will made to pay for this – the involvement of para science and other natural sciences.

We can and is writing this article because we have been down this road many many times and all those so call great politicians who were involved and how they used and abuse the system – where are they and what became of them and those who write history, their dishonesty. For all the pomp and glamor or pretense of respectability they use surrounding such events.

Not because Micheal Jackson has died or his fame – how many at the Hungarian ceremony to mark 20 years of the opening of the boarder between Austria and Hungary gave thought to such issues and events – they have been influenced by what the media have written.

Such stars have existed during the Greeks, Roman, Egyptian, Babylonian, Chinese, Indian, African and American Indian civilizations. Why they exist and their purpose in society and life.

Conference: From the fall of the Iron Curtain in 1989 to the Enlargement of the EU in 2004

From the fall of the Iron Curtain in 1989 to the Enlargement of the EU in 2004 - “the Role of Civil Society” and the Idea of Europe in Democratic Transformation in Central and Eastern Europe“. The conference will be held in Prague on 1 May 2009. The conference is convened by the European Commission's Directorates General for Education and Culture and for Enlargement, together with the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

Recently we added three very important links to our Sechelles – Seychelles EU Community portal project. Youth of Europe – Young Parliamentarians of EU, Integration EU, the new Youth Portal of EU.

The reason being that very many form our Sechelles – Seychelles EU Communities, in the respective EU member state they reside – live, including very many who have married citizens of a given EU member stat, their children, their schools, education process, the very many officials and vast many EU relevant institutions and indeed many at the EU Commission, the Parliament and Council of Europe have taken in what we have been addressing the citizens of EU, their governments, politicians, their media, judiciaries and policing institutions beside the vast armies of NGO's. The way they have explained Europe is supposed and anticipated to work. Guideline, advice, recommendation, best practice.

We read and follow the many news via the EU Commission portal on what they do, support, rights, budget to assist many areas of activities related with a given community or communities, in this case the Seychelles Communities in EU from education, training, health, sport, culture, political debate, media awareness and coverage, the youth, woman, elderly, the former Refugees and exiles and migration integration. The Seychelles communities beside the related in put – associated in put at country national level – by this we mean example France, the church, the local charities, the relevant government Social departments, the local NGO's, the local media and the many other communities be they ethnic or national the interactivity and relations they build and have build – depending on the resources and needs of a give community in a village, town or residential area, schools, colleges and place of work. Directly very little is done have been done for them for the past 20 years.
Yet, the Commission spend and invest massively in media campaign, social, cultural, educative projects, beside issues which they further/promote at schools, place of work and the Town Halls or indeed National Parliaments – the Sechelles – Seychelles EU Community despise protest is being and have been excluded from very many of these costly and powerful EU ambitious programs and ideas – events.

They have primary role to represent the interest of Seychelles in a given country, region – government national institutions or indeed the many EU institutions. What really happen. The individuals, the families, the youth, the elderly, the sick and needy, the unemployed, the children of a given community of Sechelles – Seychelles in EU face abuse by the very Consulate, embassy appointed to represent them. They are very condescending, they are very arrogant, in most instance they do not want to help or have anything to do with the above mentioned – happy at the same time to rip the benefits of the consulate diplomatic tile. This is not just the Sechelles – Seychelles Community – this is a prevailing practice right across EU and beyond involving Consulate and embassy supposedly appointed to represent the interest of the people, nation and their government.

We take this opportunity to address those who have been short selling, raiding, pilfering our heritage and the interest of the Seychelles EU Community, be they individuals, institutions – this practice have cost every body very dear and if/should nobody want to learn – by the time they take time to regret, it will be very or too late.

We have noted yet again a major event funded and sponsored by the EU on 20 years events and history from 1989 to 2004, as we have very many other important events, conference related to the above – the Sechelles – Seychelles EU Communities never once invited, interviewed, or approached. The Consulate or Ambassador yes. The very important historic issues and events we have been en devouring to address and explain to the world for the past 20 years. What were the real parties, actions, agendas, programs, mechanism which influenced – first Pope John Paul ll as Polish Pope to be elected. The state of the world, EU, the political thinking then and the state of things in the COMECON member countries, USSR, the Western Block, the Communist – socialist Block, the Warsaw Pact, NATO, then OAU, the None Aligned Movement, the Commonwealth, the Francophone and the many relevant UN institutions. The situation in the Middle East, Latin America, China and the Indian Ocean Region.

We have been monitoring many documentaries and related events, major international discussions, media coverage. From the USA – their many National Institutions who have spend and have done almost anything to take credit for what took place from the initial election of Pope John Paul ll to German Reunification and the dismantling of USSR. At the same the ruthless approach to use undemocratic methods, practice, to silence and keep quiet anybody who oppose and have other views. Because of the importance of their media – the rest of the world inability to confront and state otherwise.

We have equally followed the very many discussion, issues and documentaries of the Vatican – those how have tried to put/spin very many angles on what really took place. The forthcoming Conference will supposedly highlight and address the participation and function of the Civil societies and NGO in events which led to 1989 – 2004.

Among other issues we have presented and addressed – our relation to Poland and other COMECON countries and in particular Czechoslovakia, the current EU President – again those who know and have known how certain archaic/fraternal – Christian heritage and their mechanism, discipline and such work or function. The important political family connection which made this linkage and action possible- the whole world completely ignorant, the mass in Czechoslovakia and their current Political leadership, their media completely ignorant. How like the Yugoslavia development had our Seychelles EU Community reacted and responded different their would not have been two separate countries or for that matter the mega division of the Yugoslavia – those who know and are aware of the issues and why the manipulated events such and todays outcome. There is much that one day we may write about our reason for coming into contact with Country life in London, later our travel to the USA, the role of the SDA church in the USA, EU, Africa and the Indian Ocean.

Just about every reasonable church member knew or had some notion of the Cold War and the issues of extreme Socialist or Communist – what was going on and being reported in the SDA media and indeed in their Areas of operation and responsibilities. On account of the situation going on in Seychelles – First the old Church school Mission – the reason for the Seychelles government to acquire this property, the issues of the persecutions, the division in the church, the pressure and the fight to compensate and give the SDA in Seychelles a new property – place of prayer.

The Seychelles exile community worked with all those Christians churches in Seychelles Africa the Indian ocean, Europe and USA, or the Vatican. With out the serious involvements of all those Church in our efforts to change Seychelles not using military means – or an invasion would have been unthinkable and with out their resources in the Indian Ocean, Africa, EU, USA, Asia

We have equally written a number of threads explaining that because of our French heritage and such Christians values those individuals before they had joined or decided to become politicians had been priest or had been in seminaries or given important education by the Church or their education system.

We had decided to enroll the support of the SDA USA that of EU and OAU in our none violence exile return program. Equally we had seek the important support – involvement of Vatican, the Church of England,, Jehovah Witness, and others.

In London there are those from the government, the police and intelligence Service who knew and monitored my relation with the Vatican Office in London and other such communication – most important the role of the Anglican church in Seychelles the Parti Seychellois Movement.

We have tried to explain more than once that we had a very through education – grounding before leaving Seychelles in 1976 for exile, the Christian political and social acquisitions then, the issues of the independence and later the one Party state the political and economical issues – social.

We have indicated we had very important involvements of other important Christian church bodies and those of you who know how they work in archaic/fraternal terms. Those leading priest involved like Labbe Pierre and others – rather we networked and linked together to bring changes or support.

There are those for the SDA Church who were aware and know of some of the issues, like wise the Church of England – equally the political spillover and the the media involvements. Individuals like Mr Gerrard Houreau and Mr Gabriel Houreau was aware of these issues and those form our exile communities with very close links to the church workings.

Dr Samuele Bacchiocchi had been one of those important links – some of the very important conferences he held in London – Brent, those who attended – what they were all about. We have stated that Mrs Tacther Government and the establishment in Britain was against the SIROP etc exile return they had wanted a military solution to Seychelles problems. How to go about gathering information and who was doing what in the Seychelles Community in Exile and in Seychelles or across the world. Their best option, that of the CIA to change Seychelles, the issues of BIOT, the issues of Seychelles in the Commonwealth and long term position in the Indian and OAU. They also had the firm view who they would like to take over Seychelles and run it.

Everybody knew our exile resource was very limited – at the same time we were being hounded, we were being controlled and manipulated; We decided by getting such large church organization involved – the British government, the media, the police and intelligence service and the Fraternal establishment could not destroy - kill, obliterate and make the lives and work of those church hell as they did ours.

In facts some of the meetings at Saint Vincent de Paul in Hounslow some of these issue came out.

It is very important to note that many from the Seychelles community in Exile including some of the Leadership - including Sir James Mancham was not aware what was going – the decision to keep those information from them and why. (Suddenly today Sir James Mancham considers himself a saint or almost a great Church leader – very tragic just to maintain his political power and con those who do not know better)

Dr Samuele Bacchiocchi, understood the working of the Vatican and the Catholic many Networks as well as the SDA in Britain, the USA importantly, EU and Africa. The very important moral, other support, role he played and the issues which we/I was able to communicate to him and he in turn dialague or present them to other important religious executives -

There were those from the SDA British Conference who knew his role and involvement and – the church practice of keeping quiet. Then there those in the Vatican – Rome who knew his involvements and role - why we had been in contact and entertained such issues via him.

Most important his role gently persuading the SDA of Britain - LONDON certain issue which they had no knowledge or notion – later they became arrogant and abused the system – importantly our Seychelles Italian archaic/fraternal connections.

The Seychelles government – Mr Giovanni Mario Ricca and a number of important personalities in Seychelles knew who he was and input, involvements or contributions. Including FA Rene. Dr Samuele Bacchiocchi, was one of those individual provided with important knowledge and information what that SIROP etc change was all about, the changes in the COMECON, USSR, Berlin Wall and Germany Reunification and South Africa developments/events

From the Seychelles SDA or Mauritius or the Indian Ocean or African communities who got mixed up informations - we were pretty clear of who was what and who was doing what in what capacity. The USA State Department, the CIA and Pentagon and certain white House Official were aware too.

We maintained contact with him trough out the process of the changes in Poland, the changes in USSR, the Fall of the Berlin Wall and German Reunification. The position of the many British government, the establishment and the media.

Once the decision had been taken that Seychelles would become multi party the need to maintain pressure from the respective Christian communities and churches across the world or their respective Head quarters.

The debacle of my not being able to return to Seychelles and form part of that change and new process was recorded and duly noted by all those Christian and church communities across the world or their respective Headquarters.

From 1991 since those historic changes the very many important events across the world – as such what we have come to Term the Interfaith involvements. This also form part of the discipline of IOIMF and practice.

What we are concern is that those politicians, their media, those involved and those who have had such responsibilities.

We are also very concern that the international media dishonest approach – those who have known all those issues and events, then suddenly turn round and tell blatant lies, disinformation – leading to the situation of the last Iraq invasion and the WDM.

Individual like Labbe Pierre, Pope John Paul and many of those leading church leaders must have been extremely hurt and grieving by such development and international situation.

We thank the might Lord and Ahllah for sending him when he did to become involve in our endeavors and his very unique contributions. - He belong to what the scripture or the Holy Koran and the Torah would say real Servant of God. For this position and role the Seychelles in indebted to him and his important Italian connections.

We take this opportunity to convey our very sincere condolence to his families, many friends, supports and fans across the world.

By writing what we have here even if it is just the iceberg of what took place those young individuals who one day will find themselves in the same situation and currently the gathering in Kenya of the young leaders, they will take a page of history – who and those who went about finding solution to the world very grave issues not by violence and military means but by divine powers like our great European ancestors. ( Those – the very many for the Seychelles exile community and indeed Seychelles who have ask and question the church and Christian involvement in the changes why we got them involved instead of a bloody blood bath – killing, taking revenge and robbing the banks and killing all the merchants and taking their money or those who have taken the properties of others. Those who think we are stupid and very weak for getting the church, those Christian involvements in that above Historic program and changes.

There has been great rewarding Christian development in COMECON, the USSR, Germany, The Indian Ocean, the OAU because of their involvement – the rewards of those individuals men and woman – the work, zeal, and fight for their belief. Their belief that with and through important Christian dedication, involvement – how society and life can be made different for all those involved in comparison to the pure political process and solutions.

We have written in many instance of the unique place and role that SDA Advent Center has played and is playing in Testifying against all those event and historic changes . Like in the holy scripture and the Torah or the Holy Koran that monument testify against those changes and those who go to pray and search God in their lives.

We watched a very good American film via the German TV on those Woman who played important role in the Wars and hard work to colonize the USA.

We also watched several documentaries on the seriousness of the existence of King Aurthur, the legends and the Round Table – the history and so call valor spread across Europe from 5th century to today.

We watched similar programs involving the Kings of Asian then – Indian and other rulers, dynasty.

Dr Samuele Bacchiocchi, understood a great many issues - we decided to watch the documentary of the origin of the Polynesians people and where they settled, their belief and the country they live today and the impact of the belief the land in comparison to Seychelles, Reunion,. Mauritius and their French - European Portuguese, Dutch, British and Italian involvements.

There are many form the SDA Church and movement in the India Ocean who will say we have tolld nothing of what was not known – by writing this brief blog we hadve confirmed this. Should anybody else wish they can join our Blog SIROP etc and contribute to this article.
