The Compensation debacle/debate - call for the 10,000 -15,000 Seychelles exile/refugee - $500 millions
After we posted that video of Mr Christopher Gill, your first 30 days as President of Sechelles Seychelles, we left out any issues relating to past and current National Compensation for Seychellois exile/refugee, simply as some of the leading Lawyers, Judges, Seychelles Judiciary will realize this is a "Horror, a proper can of maggots/worms".

Mr Christopher Gill is a relatively young Seychellois politicians and may not be fully aware of some of the highly complicated issues others and our person have handled, worked over over the past 35 years in relation to this Topic. {Any incoming none SPPF/PL government will be compel to address and tackle this burning National issues in relation, along with the National debts.}

Now that the NGO's, Civic Society in Seychelles have become familiar with some of the working of the International Institutions, Communities, Judiciary when addressing Refugee/Exile compensation. Inevitably the question is ask what percentage of this Compensation is/will the International Community foot/share. The need to see this as the situation was in 1991 there about, the development in exile/refugee compensation criteria - the impact of the Media on such issues and outcome.

This said - the question need to be raised, ask did - was there a Compensation Plan for the exile/refugees under that SIROP etc., return program. Had there been a/the proper change this program had envisaged - once again the need to refer to those documents, note left in Angers - Loire and those lost/destroyed in 87a Victoria Rd. Kilburn - Brent where that Program was concepted and managed. President FA Rene would like to indicate there was no specific plan for Compensation.

We had a Plan for the economic reintegration of the exile/refugee returning community

We had a plan to compensate those whose property had been nationalise

We had a plan to compensate, indemnify all those who had suffered as a result of the exile/refugee experience as laid out by the UN, IMF, World Bank and other international bodies - we had researched those issues some 5/10 years earlier and followed development.

We had envisaged some kind of National Bond, the exile/refugee could benefit from or exclusively - hence the issues of the Stock Market

Other special assistance, efforts, national program to help and support the returning refugee/exile.

Like we have said a great many of the SIROP etc working were not made public as such those from the USA, EU, Commonwealth who hijacked it did not know its working and it failed.

The National Compensation Plan under the Fudge/change which led to the 3rd Republic. One thing for certain the Seychelles government did not have any money in 1987/88 when that program was put together and they were relying upon its working to generate finance, capital, investments, business, Grants and Loans - over the next 10 years. They also knew from past experience of being in Office and such international government working/economic Program there would be other modalities, gearing process, taking place in this case some $20 billions and more, those who have the details and were involved.

On the web certain individuals have written and address the issues of Seychelles government National Compensation - criteria's, this would have fallen under the Ministry of current President JA Michel, the media involvement and Court Cases.

The Seychelles Compensation plan was highly improper and certainly not fair - we will be coming back to this later. Some of their arguments for not compensating or refusal.

There was and has never been a proper plan to compensate the exile/refugee world wide or any returning exile/refugee under a National Plan.

The need to look at the East Africa debacle/compensation
Shortly after the Independence of Zanzibar those exile/refugee, expat who found themselves in Seychelles, beside Seychellois National like Captain Tregarten, my own uncle family, Mr Akba, the Parkar Family, Judge EJ Stiven, other Seychellois family we had know and other British expat in Seychelles who had lost property, existance and suffered as a result of the Revolution and exile. This was 1963/4

President FA Rene, Mr Philibert Louiseau, Mr Guy Sinon were familiar with events, development and political issues - debate in relation.

If anybody think we were sleeping when two years ago the news broke of the Slave Compensation broke through, those Nations involved in Slave Trade the Massive Compensation Bill they have to Foot. What about the Seychelles Slaves and the Seychelles Exile/refugees.

Rather a highly interesting development is the Mau Mau case - Call for compensation currently running.

We are the first Seychellois exile/refugee who address the International Court of Justice in Person 1991 and other instance in writing.

The need to take into account that £21 millions Royal Court of Justice compensation for that SIROP etc program and the other Court case at Canterbury County court for compensation again to do with those properties, issues of that Program 1995.

Again the fact that none of the Oppositions SNM, New DP, Mr Phillippe Boulle, previous opposition, SFP addressed those issues adequately/seriously.

We believe a Sum of $500 millions is not exaggerated and may be more. In all those Compensation Plan those calling for Compensation set a higher Sum and how it is negotiated - bottom line.

This follow by those who represented the SDP underground movement after 1977, their records, actions and link with the SDP exile across the world where they have/had found refuge and taken exile - inspite of the major split, in exile the SDP and DP. Upon those exile/refugees return - Individual like the former President J Mancham, Mr David Joubert, Mr Gonzalve D'Offay, Mr Paul Chow, Mr Ralph Volcer - we are talking about active issues, representation.

This follow by the then faction of the underground faction of what became the SNP after Dr Ferrari split with President FA Rene and Mr Berlouis also split with President FA Rene - how they worked and the issues they addressed the Church, the UN, EU, Francophone, Commonwealth and USA institutions and the media. The Underground faction of SNM/MPR in Sechelles - Seychelles from 1978/9 onward their information data, communication and issues they addressed the region , Africa and the world until 1991. Mr Phillipe Boulle and Mrs Kathleen Pillay who had their own Political faction in exile, those who represented them when they went in exile, their correspondance, data, communication again to the Church, governments, International Institutions, the Francophone - French institutions and regional institutions. Their important work in UK and France and upon their return in 1989 to Sechelles Seychelles, advocacy, experience, expertise they had acquired in Britain and France how and what they promote of the exile/refugees issues. In the Old Sechelles Seychelles those who recall, how our nation in Colonial - pre indipendence worked, Asian Community/Family we have mention - in this case Temooljhi -Temooljee Business, they served as Bank, worked closely with the Old Seychelles Planters Families with many of their economic problems, taking into account the social and political dimension. After events of 1976, they would have been one of those important establishment in then Seychelles who associated, kept in touch, were aware of our national exile/refugee debacles until 1991. They lent important financial support to the exile/refugee to find a solution - likewise in Sechelles Seychelles, this compared to other Seychelles Asian Business communities. From 1991 onward their support for those exile/refugee who have returned, Constitutional change and the economic process, reintegration to date. Mr Pesi Pardiwalla his Lawfirm support to our exile/refugee issues since the inception of that SIROP etc., exile return program.

The Indian Community in the form of Mr kantilal Jivan Shah - Kanti, collected a great deal of material on the Seychelles exile/refugee, the issues in Seychelles and across the world, what he corresponded and debated - the data and information he has/had. Given that the Sechelles Seychelles Indian communities held him in the highest respect and esteem, their own challenges, situation, experiences which they have corresponded to their families, bodies and government.

Equally, the Muslim community in the form of the Adam Moosa Family - had a spoke person from 1976, at our Indipendence, the material and data, information they have collected, amass, communicated beside their own situation then to 1991 and to date, their Council and Spiritual structures - how they work and how they address such issues.

Given those Western diplomatic representation at 1976 and to date what data, information, issues that have been presented to them, how they have processed them, used and abused them, manipularted some of them - particularly the formal UNHCR documentation/report which state there are only 45/8 Seychellois refugee/exile in the world. They have condone and taken part in the cover up for the past 1976 and to date, debate, those who have attempted with little or whatever resources to raise awareness and demanded justice and redress. The Benchmark they keep talking and writing about - the resource they throw at maintaining those bench mark.

Then there are the British expatriate Association in Britain and Seychelles the important data, communication, discussions on our exile/refugee issues, corporate from 1977 to date - equally the British Civil Service Association, the data, information they have collected, processed.

There are other Grouping from the Old French Families in Sechelles Seychelles, Mauritius and Reunion who followed all our exile/refugee issues from 1976 to date who have large amount of information about the vast complexities of our exile/refugee politic, issues - their methods of sharing, using, communicating those information.

Oganisations that need special attention:
The USAF Tracking Station - was from 1976 until it was shut down, one very vital entity, which managed, collected and reviewed a great deal of information about the Sechelles Seychelles exile/refugees. For military, strategic and diplomati/politic reason - given the Cold War and the East West relation. Most important during the one party state, this was one entity in the Seychelles one party State era Seychelles government dare not touch, their staff, and executives, those married to members of the Staff and their close Families - indeed how many Seychellois landed in the USA as exile and later regulated stay. Their communication system, namely their military web, emails, fax, telex, media - which the local did not have or some of the Embassy. In turn - those Agencies in the USA who gathered, catalague and publish the information. They helped to address a great deal of our exile/refugee issues - how can the UN/UNHCR say there are only 45/8 Seychelles refugee/exile in the world, one wonder.

FEBA - Far East Broadcasting Corporation, was a very interesting entity - they were in Seychelles to Broadcast Christian program to Asia, East Africa, Africa, Middle East South Asia in the Cold War, those Seychellois technicians who recal and worked there, then Seychelles political and economic issues, religious issues - how FEBA took some of those issues and passed them on or Broadcast them. Again what became of those information, data and archives - the information about the Seychelles national exile/refugee debacle/politic must surely make important national, international - source for the UN/UNHCR, EU, Commonwealth, Francophone many institutions to start their research.

Alliance Francais - which was/is a none political, institution of the French government, French speaking nations, the way they work across the world, Africa during the Cold War. They too adressed Sechelles Seychelles exile/refugee political, persecution and economic issues - their charter/mandate and their answerability to the French people, the Francophonie. What became of their information, archive, data they collected form 1976 to 1991 and more recents - surely there are standards in the world and those data, information ought to be made available - at the same time important to remember the relation between the Socialist government of President F Mitterrand and Seychelles government of President FA Rene. The overall situation today:- Having written the above at our Cause Space, 24/5 years on those who got cold, neglected, fed up, the political and economic sell out, rip off, reality at Home, sick, old and those who have died - left us. The Son's and Daughter's of those who led the battle/fight, confrontation, endeavours and dream - their position, attitude, approach.

We are being called to redynamise the whole structure, the International aspects, the EU aspects, the Sechelles Seychelles and African Union working of our exile/refugee issues.

From the Sechelles/Seychelles exile/refugee Community of the 10,000 - 12,000 for the past 35 years, those managing our International, EU - nation, country, cities and Town - those in Seychelles on the ground, since 1977. Beside indirect assistance if unemploye - from a given national government, their agencies, charities in helping the exile/refugee start/restart their lives, ie grant for furniture, deposit, some clothing, heating for the enderly and special children support, training, education, language, medical - they/we have been saving the Tax payers of a given Nation/government and the International community $ hundreds of millions yearly over the past 35 years. They have been managing are managing these same important issues by using auto funding - meaning they use their own resource, their homes, money to support and help each other. Keep their issues alive, promote their cause, lobby and protests.

Beside an odd Grant and if and when they are given pittance - the circus.
By contrast the economic return/impact of our Seychelles exile/refugee, the accountability we began to address from 1991 onward in relation to the SIROP etc., program in London/Britain. The setting up and putting in place bench mark for such accountability process ie the amount Tax payers invest/input in exile/refugees and the amount they get back, the benifits, depending upon their understanding of greater economic and social working - the sophiscation of a given exile/refugee community. In association the debacle with ensued involving the then Big five Firm of Charted Accountants and the many protest of the benchmark and the debacle/spillover particularly with Auther Anderson.

In Seychelles proper the government, country NGO's, the Church over the past 35 years the money, financial, resources, assistance they have been getting from the above mention to support such issues associated, coming about as a result of our exile/refugees - similar deployment they put in place as those international institutions, big salaries, transport, the very long list - what has happenned to those monies, the accountability, then they turn round and say there are no exile/refugees from Sechelles Seychelles.

This is why we have been underlining the important need for a national review of our exile/refugee, involving all or most of the international institutions, national and regional bodies involve in refugee/exile issues, the Church and such philantropic, Grant making bodies, Trusts etc., Nobody has heeded, wants to listen - part, if not import reason for the global economic, political and financial very negative downturn, situation is to do with the dreadful if not utterly wrong bench mark that have been and is being applied and their accountability.

We have been requested to come forward with a copy or a Constitution to register SIROP as an NGO in Sechelles Seychelles

In the first place it will/would do well to remember, recall that at the time of working out a constitution for SIROP, 1985 when the consideration began to present itself strongly, we and those involved had a much greater, important and historic agenda. The time and circumstance was the Communist era with the USSR working at its peak, the COMECON and Warsaw Pact in full function and their capabilities, the Communist and Socialist Block of OAU, Latin America, Gulf Region, North Africa, China and several Asian countries.

In exile we had four factions that had looked at, put together Constitutions for an eventual change be it by Military force or other wise. These included the faction of the former Government of then President J R Manchan - the original Sechelles Seychelles Constitution at Independence.

We had been involved in aspects of these process, namely our working association with SDP - the issues ongoing. Later those from certain European, USA and other Western government who had pressured us to put together a National government. Those important Legal experts in Britain, France, Belgium, South Africa, the USA, the Francophone and Commonwealth we had pulled together. Nothing solid, concrete had been put on paper.

After the formation and registration of UKSCA - its Constitution was drafted after long discussion with the legal expert of then NCVO, several individuals form our then Sechelles - Seychelles Community in exile from all faction, the SNM/MPR, DP faction, Mr Phillippe Boulle himself, those that had been involved with Mr Felix Houreau in registering our first Exile association in Britain, the Faction of Mr Andre Uzice. We refered to several NGO for advice also, including BRC, Hounslow Voluntary Action, several Grass Root ethnic communities well and long establish in Britain, none exile/refugee related and other wise, Importantly the Latin American communities in Britain, the Jewish Communities and the many then exile communities for the existing COMECON, Philippine, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Cyprus, Armenian and Africa proper. (Hence we acquired the nickname of John McEnroe for refusing to take anything dished out - we battled, quarrelled, argued until we were satisfied with what was on paper) We also referred to the Mauritian communities in Britain as well as Catholic communities, Christian and information form the relevant UNHCR and Amnesty International, the Red Cross again that was 1983/84. We had also look at the many communities in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy, Holland - their constitution, how they/it works.

After events of 1991 when we were forced to flee for fear of our lives from 87a Victoria Rd, Kilburn - Brent, beside a copy we left in France, Angers at SVP along with the main draft of SIROP concept. The British authorities, the police, the politicians - then Conservative government of PM Major, the Fraternal establishment who had our flat complete ransacked, everything was destroyed or stolen. We had taken refuge in Ashford - Kent in a Hotel, called Butcher Commercial and Private Hotel facing the current International Ashford Terminal. What we had communicated to several leading firm of solicitors already. There are members of our exile/refugee communities who may still have a copy of our UKSCA Constitution. We were required to submit copy to Hounslow Council, Westminster, Brent, Wondsworth for Funding - they may eventually have a copy - then of course Then Dr Henry Naiken may have a copy as he took over the Chairmanship. Mr Paul Stravens and Mr Paul Chow may also have a copy beside then Mr Ralph Volcer who served as Treasurer and Mrs Kathleen Pillay and Mr Phillippe Boulle who served as Vice Chair and Secretary.

After the assassination of Mr Gerrard Horeau Leader of SNM/MPR we got elected until it was disbanded for East Mahe what this represented and meant( hence what we have written, the dishonesty by the exiles when they returned in 1991 and after, their attitude, what took place and how greater life made them pay/account for their actions. Their actions, as if we had never existed, an unknown entity, everything had been invented.)

What we had done finally was take our old National Constitution at the time of Independence, take the Constitution of SNM and added aspects we judge and deemed important for future changes and working of the Nation.

- We had detail argument regarding amnesty, justice and the issues of revenge - those that had called for swift trial and execution of those involved in the many killing, disappearance, imprisonment and persecution. ( Several leading Western experts were against this clause - they wanted those involved to be tried and made to pay with their lives)

- We had detail argument as to compensation and return/repatriation of properties confiscated and taken by Force

- We had detail argument on how the Judiciary and Court was to be set up and working, accountability.

- We had argued for a None Aligned status as Nation with membership of those regional and international bodies as we could afford to join and be member. A status like Switzerland and Austria. Hence the concept and safety/security of not having to take/make Defence, Military Treaties to defend our Nation - however we would be looking a very closer working links with the then EU Institutions to safeguard our National entity and Sovereignty.

- We had argued and stated the putting in place of Muti party politic as our main aim and objective ( We took into consideration that short of something special happening - we would be forced, compelled into coalition with the SPPF or in the event of an/the national election, they in opposition) we had not planned or argument to destroyed and imprisoned or force in exile nobody - the Judiciary and Police, Democratic structure would do their work an those who failed would be made to account for. - We had argued for a return of Grammer education system as well as what is Term today as Polytechnique, the introduction of Universities and higher Education and due infrastructures.

- We argued for radical devellopment of the Outer Islands, infrastructures and small business and job creation in order to be self sustainable. Their role in the greater national economy.

- We had argued for a seperate Military landing facilities away from the civilian. (That was the Communist era then and the Cold War ongoing)

- We argued for the better management and diplomatic working of our Embassy and Consulates, such Economic reprsentation.

- We argued as a government to support those from our Communities who had establish in EU and other parts of the world - the emphasis, and that of the UN, the abilities and capabilities to help build their mother/father nation and statistics. We would support their aspirations and support them moraly, financialy and with other resources.

- With regards to our refugee and exile, knowing full well how and why the UN, UNIDO, UNDP, UNHCR works, the world Bank and IMF had proposes a marked need to set in place adequate bodies in Europe, the world and Sechelles Seychelles that/which would work, lobby, debate and explain what had taken place, our history from Europe and those from Africa and Asia the need to combat/fight to prevent that such horrible event never occure and repeat itself - not be ashamed as very many were and are in Sechelles Seychelles today. We would challenge the working of those institutions - ( hence they wanted us dead, nowhere near a government and real power)

- We argued equally for strong regional working of the Small Nation of the Indian Ocean, regional Universities, Military system and Airline to save and develop regional corporation and solidarity.

- We argued for strong emphasis of supporting and building our Christian values and as did take place rebuilding and refurbishment of several Church, encourage such education and moral values.

- We argued that as a Small nation for our working and growth would have to use work force from other regional nations - the immigration politic we would devlop and required to implement.

-We argued to forge stronger working, diplomatice and other working with the Small Nations of the region and South Asia, particularly New Zealand.
- We argued for a very positive and dynamic working with then OAU, Arab League and regional nations.

{Where would the money and Finance come from those who had insight and their reason to hijack that SIROP etc combined return program} meanwhile those who have made very vast fortunes and none accountable.

They have been very rich experiences.

Equally important in the field of exile/refugee - we had been involved and contributed to very many regional and international issues, politic and outcomes as such our experiences. Including input in those international bodies and institutions that look after and manages such issues.

{Having stated our attempts to Start a brand new Colony on one of the BIOT Diego Garcia under Lady Tacther government, several exile/refugees communities involved, not just Illois and Seychellois. As such the experience - once in Seychelles advocated for the return of the Islands to the Chagossain unless a similar solution like we had attempted - thereby creating a new and dynamic entity in the Indian Ocean equation, not a Marin Park or /Russian or Chinese Military Base. There is a large Community of exile Chagossian on Seychelles/Mahe, we have worked and live with them. They defeated the christian education, values which had been drummed into us as children - to uphold noble and just values, to work hard fro you life and wealth - in one move/event all those involved who had never made the serious effort to educate themselves, work hard to get their business and build their homes - they took by force all the hard labour, work and wealth of those who had toiled for nearly 150 years.

Until 1991 that was the pattern of celebration, reason for celebration.

With the important involvement of those same French archaic, heraldic, illuminati, fraternal, christian heritage we/it contributed to the implementation of that SIROP etc exile/refugee return program of 1987/8 $500 - $800 millions as economic package, carrot and sugar to allow the Socialist, one party state to allow multiparty democracy return and then only 150 families returned from the 10,000 or more who left or were forced to leave Seychelles. Given what we have stated time and time again - the French ancestral heritage and their workings, as against that of the USSR or the COMECON or South Africa which played crucial/vital role to make it possible for multi party to come about and those new 7,000 White migrants what they represent - their ancestral heritage. They came and joined the SPPF to rob the Seychelles nation, to exploit and abuse them.

The irony of the situation - just like they celebrated all the wealth, properties they had taken and acquired by force - when those who came from the above mention countries it was normal to continue their lies.

We have read and heard of the economic miracle - the Sechelles/Seychelles government - SPPF/PL have performed, unique in African Union, the region and CARICOM small nation Group. What economic miracle - in the equasion they and nobody mention that SIROP etc exile/refugee return program - $500 - $800 millions and some $10 - $20 billions we geared up to drive the issues across the board - just for Sechelles Seychelles. They exclude the important involvement and impacts of those 7,000 white migrant.

Their hard work, contributions, sweat and blood is all credited to the SPPF/PL politicians, media, government and quangos. The President and his Ministers take all the credits and the international community corrupted, pervert, depraved benchmark support, take it up and tell the world a mass of lies.

Today as You all enjoy in Sechelles/Seychelles - from previous hard work with President FA Rene and his Associates until 1991 owned our person $150 millions not counting the interests - for our work, involvement and facilitating some of the major deals and transactions. From that SIROP etc combined exile/refugee return program $500 - $800 millions we never saw a cent all those who have benefited to date. From the $10 -$20 billions of international gearing involving Sechelles Seychelles, President FA Rene, the SPPF never saw a cent. So that money, grants, international support funds can be manage, chanel for their purpose to support and help rebuild the lives, economy, compensate, support the fight against economic and social exclusion, communicate, address the exiles/refugees issues in Sechelles/Seychelles and those in the rest of the world and EU. These Funds, money and support by the EU and very many international bodied, governments and relevant bodies have been abused, mismanaged, misappropriated and syphoned by the SPPF/PL Government and Institutions.

Between 1988 to date all the monies, grants, funds, resources donated, made available by the many international and regional bodies, governments, NGO etc., syphoned, dissapeared, vanish, mis appropriated - they need to be accounted/made accountable by those who have recieved them, brought to Justice and made to repay/refund the money, grants and resources to the Refugee/Exile Sechelles Seychelles communities and the rest of the world where they are currently.

Again at our Forums the manner we presented and addressed certain some of the issues, like the guest list to the Church and Palace function - we did not see the name of Sechelles Seychelles High Commission on the list so wondered, later read in the press he had been invited to the Church Service. We have had a number of sad, tragic issues, events affecting old residents who had live their 35 years or more at Hermitage House, they passing away and the talk we had with an elderly lady about the Wedding our view, felling and what we did on that Historic day. They took comfort in the Easter prayers and have to put up with the political and economic dreadful situation. We had joined the SDA Saturday Service, the Greek Orthodox Service and the local Church Vigil. We did not meet any of our Islington acquaintance to find out how things went on the Islington Green, not far the Hibury and Islington Hotel where we stayed at the time of Princess Diana and Mr Dodi Al Fayad death in Paris, the Mc Alpine Group office, the defunct Masonic Lodge and over looking the Green the House/residence of a former British Prime Minister, where all the carpets of our flat came form - Compliment of the Irish builders. { Before we forget again the issues, note the fact that in a very strange way none of the Super market Sainsbury, Tesco, or Safe Way, or M&S had Pannattone - the very famous and traditional Italian cake/bread for Christmas, New Year and Easter. We have been buying them for the past 15 years or more. Beside Pope John Paul ll Beatification - the over/undertone that the media or politic was influencing the Supermarket what to put/have on the shelves.}

The above said, there were certain undercurrent about Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge going to Sechelles Seychelles on their Honeymoon. The BIOT - Diego Garcia issues, the Conservative coalition approach to the North Africa and Gulf Region politic and indeed their own politic towards the Sechelles Seychelles and the Seychellois in Britain, EU and the rest of the world. Given the manner the wedding list invitation was organise/sorted, was of the view that our Public/open recommendation for Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge to spend their honeymoon in Sechelles Seychelles would have been overruled by the strong Conservative lobby/apparatchik another destination chosen. For anybody reading this article there is the strong/very important need to grasp, understand the marked difference between the Seychelles Government Diplomatic representation in Britain and our Sechelles Seychelles British Community working, those who endeavour to represent them. We do not get the sherry and cocktail - we get the boots and insults however hard we work, contribute and very many important historic contributions to the British system, economy, politic and society.

There is a marked difference between life in Kent and London or greater London, the attitude of the populace. About the Orthodox - Communities in Sechelles - Seychelles

In and among every civilization since the beginning human existence, when anybody contribute to events, issues that have an important impact on the belief, faith and religious - social practice of a nation or group of nations - what has been recorded - written. We are not talking about issues beyond our boarders/frontiers - we are talking about Republic of Seychelles.

Where most if not all the exile and home politicians were concerned about political and social changes - the few of us who were concern about our ancestral faith, belief and values. Having played, being involved in the important issues which changed the COMECON, the USSR political, economic and social system - those of us who knew we were lending - playing an important part in changing the faith, belief and such values.

Out of the 21,000 exiles from Sechelles Seychelles 1977 not even 5% have returned after the historical change, involving the church, faith and belief - yet their role  -1991. More so the importance to note the degree of benefits they rip from that SIROP etc., Exile return program, their economic and social situation - position, their families and children in Seychelles and the big disparity. This is and will be the most serious concern, challenges for our nation, children and future given the enormous disparity, inappropriate ratio of benefits from the outcome of that SIROP etc Exile return and change from One Party state to multi party. A large majority of the populace feel they have become second or third class citizens in their own land in the process and developments.

In doing so we are underlining the role of our Communities in EU and the important need to relearn, search and enter into discussion with the greater Orthodox Institutions in Europe and the world so that they can contribute in a positive manner not as bigots from the position of our Community unique role in changing the One party State/system, the important contributions we have been playing to underpin, support the many important ongoing process. We are underlining that we take very seriously the responsibilities that come with that SIROP etc, Exile return Program.

In 2010 it was announced that the first Orthodox parish was being establish in Sechelles Seychelles and that work has began for the building of an Orthodox Cathedral. This journey, road, experience is very long and demanding - the attitude of the government, the NGO, the politicians and the media in the world and Seychelles. Our Communities in EU is open to dialogues, with any body - parties, wishing to engage us.
