Abu Dhabi helping with plans to develop Victoria -

Abu Dhabi has signed an agreement of intent with Seychelles to help produce a master plan for the redevelopment of Victoria.

The agreement was signed on Thursday by Home Affairs, Environment, Transport and Energy Minister Joel Morgan and the general manager of the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council Falah Mohamed Al Ahbabi.

Mr Falah Mohamed had earlier in the morning held talks with President James Michel regarding this project to redevelop Victoria.

Mr Falah Mohamed during his meeting with President Michel

At the signing ceremony, which took place at the Seychelles Petroleum Company’s conference room at the New Port, Mr Morgan noted that the plans stem from an initiative of President James Michel and the ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

“The level of will for the development from both sides is very strong,” said Mr Morgan, who described as very fruitful talks held by his team and that of Mr Falah Mohamed on Thursday.

“We were able to exchange a number of important ideas about the development of Victoria for the future and we are very happy you have been able to bring your team’s competence for the work we will do,” he said.

Mr Morgan said the plans will take care of the environment, transport infrastructure, planning and cultural guidelines.

“Above all we want to see Victoria develop as a beautiful city maintaining its heritage and culture and traditional architecture as much as possible for the people of Seychelles and tourists to enjoy,” he said.

He appreciated the support Abu Dhabi will give, particularly to the Planning Authority in terms of human resources and expertise that is expected to help regulatory and development guidelines and process streamlining which he described as a bottleneck that will hopefully see greater transparency.

Messrs Morgan and Falah Mohamed exchange documents after signing the agreement

“We are touched by your gesture,” he said.
Mr Falah Mohamed said the two countries’ leaderships’ governance and the government of Seychelles aspire to give the people of Seychelles a sustainable environment.

“The Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council is honoured to be part of this strategic mission for the mutual benefit of both governments,” he said.

He pledged that the council will give the planning authority expertise and resources, and that both teams will work closely to align the urban development strategy with the overarching principles of Strategy 2017 and Vision 2020.

Mr Falah Mohamed said his team of experts -- eight of whom accompanied him yesterday – will work with Seychelles Planning Authority and other agencies to come up with the best plan to suit the people of Seychelles.

“We will not forget to take the environment and culture into consideration with a view to improving them,” he said.
He said they will pay attention to roads, paths and other infrastructure that will help the Greater Victoria to grow and better satisfy the people of Seychelles.

Mr Falah Mohamed, whose team is here for the second time, said Mr Michel stressed the need to preserve the environment.
He noted that it will take five to six months to produce the master plan.

Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council, Sechelles Seychelles in cooperation deal
http://www.uaeinteract.com/docs/Abu_Dhabi_Urban_Planning_Council,_Seychelles_ink_cooperation_deal/47097.htm

Note- Now we will get more crap form the USA, British, those who know our Sechelles Seychelles EU Community working. We have added this article underneath here and trust President JA Michel and company think we are not fully aware what is going on and taking place. What this is all about.

It had taken us one year if not more in 1986 to debate, argue, sort out who of the international partners would be best suited to impliment that program. The Italian were importantly involved and they contributed importantly that BCCI, not London but the Luxumburg Office take care of the complex finance issues, multinational finance issues. They were not Pakistan control, they were control by a number of powerful players form the Gulf region including Abu Dabi and Far East. We mention this because we had wanted Barcalys Group to stay clear of this exile/refugee program. In their revenge, anger, vendetta they torpidoe - BCCI those who know the real truth, what the real issues were about - we wrote to the Firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, the /group of Lawyer handling the liquidation and the Court about some of the issues, copy still available.

President FA Rene has also shop in Far East for a large or Group of large Financers to help put in place that SIROP etc exile/refugee program.

When President Mancham and Dr Ferrari hijack that program - they had gone through the process of selecting, inditifying their prefered Group of International investors and bankers, supporters.

President FA Rene have approach the Chinese in Part, the Russian and most important South African.

India from a political prospective have made overture to president FA Rene that they be allowed to make important input in that program.

Now we come to the real filth - form those form the Masonic, archaic, templar, fraternal, illuminati and others - it was the combination of the investors and bankers from the Gulf region - that ignited the first Gulf War. President Saddam Hussein had indicated he could - would help, ie via Seychelles government. The Masonic mechanism, establishemnt that drives big politic and big diplomacy got the wrong end of the stick and those mad politicians in Britain, France, Germany and Italy who did not know anything and the USA - set up the muck for President Sadam Hussien to fall into - that was the "Super Gurn debacle" Lady Tacther is very much alive and Justice Minister Clerk, they were all there and know the real issues. The role of the gutter press, today that infernal satanic rave/rage etc. Vache folle.

This is why we stated President J A Michel just does not know what he is doing and his government and the bunch of elected.

Just like the super mess with the Pirate issues, for him he think that the Gulf War, was game, political amusement, to swell his small head - they ought to take him to the ICC before he make a bigger mess of the Region and the world - if/should he know anything about our greater archaic, fraternal, illuminati, masonic and such working.

Can he fathom the scale of the muck, what led to the destruction of Iraq and the hanging of President Saddam Hussien. The utter mess Iraq is in today, the suffering of these people, the making of world, european politic and economy on the back of it - the father of the current ruler of Abu Dabi was fully informed, aware - we know some of the issues. Another person who was very well aware was Mr Giovanni Mario Ricci and so to did Mr Guy Morel. There are those in Mauritius, Reunion and Madagascar, South Africa who know and knew of those issues.

Does he realize what will happen when those in the Pentagon, CIA and USA politicians get the wind and the media, those in Britain, Australia, Canada, South Africa, France in particular, China, India, Pakistan, the Russian, Research some of the issues we/I have written and it will refresh their mind/system.

SIROP etc exile/refugee program 1987, Praslin and Outer Islands Development issues

It is worth while to note that officials and high officials of Sechelles Seychelles government have read some of the issues we have addressed here - unlike the many Opposition in Seychelles, be they NDP, SNP on the matter of the complexities of that SIROP combined exile/refugee program.

For anybody involved in our politic and economy the past 35 years and more would have noted - we have omitted, not mentioned the Development plans, issues, agenda for the second largest Island within the Mahe group Praslin and the larger outer Islands - which prior to our Independence contributed importantly to generating cash - revenue from Agriculture activities, i.e. crops, copra, turtle meat and mineral extracting - guano high fertilizer. They also produced a high quantity of salt fish for export.

In the case of the larger outer islands they provided important job/work possibilities.

We had detail plan/over view of what economic action, investment we wanted to promote under that SIROP etc $500 - $800 millions program.

(There is two side to looking to the failed concept to start a complete Settlement under international flag, on BIOT - Diego Garcia with an initial Plan £150/200 millions - those of you who know these Island before our independence, how they were managed and worked - the argument we would have had to start from very basic, the politic, the battle to keep such a Settlement going, working and surviving 1981/82, Lady Tacther warned us, that once the £150/200 millions had been invested upon what and how such an international Settlement would survive and function, the UN and other international donors could not be expected to help for ever, including the USA - we would have to be industrious and hard working, remembering that the exile/refugee nations - Vietnamese, Sirlankan, Seychelles, some of the exile/refuge form the Gulf region, anybody from South Africa - those international investors allowed to join us and help build business that could be sustained, base, workable for BIOT, Diego Garcia )

The Freudian reason - we have been relatively quiet has been the attitude of Seychelles government of President FA Rene SPPF. When one look and talk about the $500 - $800 millions economic package by our UN/UNIDO/World Bank knowledge, research, experience it was fairly thin spread. A relative small amount - yet all those in Sechelles Seychelles, Mauritius, France, South Africa, Britain and Australia, USA who quarried, stated, demanded accounts - meaning we were being naive, we did not know what we aware talking about. Hence our anger, rage and protests. Not to forget the $50 billions and more gearing mechanism we had envisaged.

In the Plan for the outer Islands - while keeping the Environment intact - we had envisaged landing facilities on most of those Islands, modern communication, telephony - Internet/fax etc, TV, modern ship/cargo ships that would service those Islands round the years - including cold storage capacity. Modern Salt fish industry given the global market and demand, Fish meal factory, planting of crops/resource to produce animal/cattle feed. A modern fishing industry - beside Tourism. We had envisaged encouraging Vegetable oil production. Set up an industry for industrial carpet, rope, we had envisaged the need to reforest some of those Outer Islands. The setting up of Bank and post Office as in the old days - their functions.

We had gone into the challenge of Power supply energy - we would resort and promote to solar energy. We had researched into the issues.

For Water we would use solar power to run desalinasion plants - beside Fresh water catchment/storage.

The need to set up roads, tractors, regulate transport, etc.,

We had foreseen other small business/Industries starting up.

The setting up of primary education, health clinics - the purpose of landing facilities so that major medical issues could be taken on Mahe or medical facilities flown in.

We had envisaged adequate Police, defence, navy resource which would form part of the National infrastructures.

We had envisaged using one of the Outer Island a place of detention, reform and exclusion.

The reasons/argument just like in former days these islands had played - we had known many of the Land/Island owners and their business approach - in returning the exile/refugee to Sechelles Seychelles knew that Mahe itself would not be adequate to support and give employment to those exile refugees who had wanted to return.

We had gone into the issues of their immigration status meaning, given the proximity to African, gulf region, those business entity who would have the capacity to fly direct out and back. We had gone into the issues of military and private defence and protection. Including the objective of counteracting if and when on Mahe there was another coup d’état/revolution. What would be their functions.

In the case of Praslin, La Digue, Silhouette and St Anne, with particularly emphasis on Praslin. We had followed development of small nations with similar second large Island. We knew reasonably well all if not most of the issues of Praslin. Including the eventual separation/autonomy. (Again we underline that $500 - $800 millions economic package was modest.)
Praslin needed a new Hospital, or hospitals, clinics, schools, primary and secondary, policing resources -police station infrastructure, the roads were terrible, their water facilities, energy - solar energy, their own media, and banks, posting facilities - the need to promote and set in place economic infrastructure with would support small business.

Most important the redevelopment of their Air port and port facilities. We had a deep see port facility in mind, with the need for Reclamation of land form the Sea - what has prompted us to address these issues here is the fact that till today Praslin do not have a proper Port Facilities or marina some 21 years on.

We have/had been involved in several large Tourism development, Airline issues, Air plane construction, Market, Finance and major bank involvements - as such the Tourism Industry on Praslin was not our major challenge. The challenge was within the SIROP etc exile/refugee program to turn it/make it into a modern nation, citizens and people - where the returning exile/refugees and those who had come to live and invest there would feel comfortable, contented. Their work, investments and labour safe.

Along like the plans we had for the Outer Islands to encourage the exile/refugee to return - to develop adequate infrastructure where those returning refugees could take part and help rebuild their broken lives. We had in mind not just tourism. Given our experience in Europe, across the world working, contributing into some of those important economic and development program - the capacity and ability to put in place a reasonable important working economic program and plan.

We had envisaged encouraging a modern Car and passenger Ferry facility. Purchasing a fleet of ferries in Europe and moving it to Praslin.

Encouraging the building of shopping facilities/Supermarket.

The issues of their Legislative powers had been debated and formulated.

As a matter of Facts - those who have encouraged wished that we come and live on Praslin upon our return home in 2000. The reasons and arguments.

We are aware that many of you will say, comment and argue - we are using today’s economic, social, political environment to written the issues as we go along. We ask those who were alive of Seychelles origin involved and capable of understanding such issues and their construction or implementation what it takes. All those around then President FA Rene, all those Italian Families who knew the issues including Mr Giovanni Mario Ricci. Mr Gerrard Houreau -former Planning Official, Mr Rene, the boss of Mr Gerrard Houreau prior to our independence. Beside officials in France, Britain, South Africa, Australia, Canada. From then South Africa the very many who had offered and promised their help, France, Italy.

{ Across the world over the past 25 years the important changes, the challenges that it is not good enough to written and conceive great economic and development plans - but to have the ability and capacity to implement them - it. We have been to Seychelles three times and have listen and debate many very complex, economic, corporate and political issues - those, their view and our view as conceptor of that plan and the ability we help to implement see its implementation. We have been relatively quiet too by any standard. May be now some of you will comprehend, understand - why the alliance of President Mancham, Dr Ferrari, Minister Joubert, those form the SNM/MPR and Minister Uzice did not want me to return to Seychelles. Equally the Masters they were serving the USA and Britain or the commonwealth who did not want a Seychelles of progress but suppressed, no economic prospective and a broken people - that is why they destroyed that Place in Kilburn Brent, that is why they destroyed those two caravans in Kent, Caple le Fern, including the involvement of President Francois Mitterrand. Hence we also say those in Britain and else where who know our capacity and what they have been doing in Britain the past 15 years, manipulating, oppressing and conning our person and the Seychellois nation in the process. This is why we have been throwing in the faces of many of you - the shout of archaic, heraldic, illuminati, fraternal, Masonic benchmark, best practice and the reality }

Note - We have added this in the comment box when we get to a better environment will spell check, edit include this in the article above.

Drop Box

The African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights provides for the establishment of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights. The 18th OAU Summit of Heads of State and Government meeting in Nairobi, Kenya on 26th June 1981 adopted the African Charter. The African Charter came into force on 21st October 1986 upon ratification by the requisite number of Member States. The first members of the African Commission were elected at the 23rd OAU Assembly of Heads of State and Government in July 1987 and the inaugural session of the African Commission took place in November 1987. Under the African Charter, the African Commission is mandated to promote the rights and freedoms set out in the African Charter and ensure their protection across the continent, monitor and advise on the implementation of the African Charter and interpret its provisions. The Promotional function of the African Commission mandates Members of the African Commission to undertake promotional missions to States Party to the African Charter. Promotional missions are an important aspect of the African Commission’s activities as they enable it to establish communication and links with Member States. Seychelles is party to the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights, which it ratified on 13th April 1992. "In their visit, discussion and final Report 2004 Sechelles Seychelles government and the AG Office stated that it had no Refugees, internal or external - we have some 10, 000 - 15, 0000 Seychellois living in exile - their human rights under the African Charter for Human rights and People Rights." Yet they went on to raise and discuss the issues of the Illois and Diego Garcian population/ Community in Seychelles. Sechelles Seychelles National Assembly 2011 election boycott by the Opposition

We ask readers to refer to the link we will be adding with this thread from Nation, the reason the Opposition gave for boycotting the 2011 national Assembly election.

Electoral  Reform Forum 5.3.12 source - Le Seychellois

In spite of having address the issues of the Presidential election 2011 and the registration of that SIROP etc exile/refugee program by LUNGOS in Seychelles, events during the Presidential election and to date - noting that the EU have voice their concern to Seychelles Government regarding this very strange and bizarre situation and position of Seychelles government and SPPF/PL about the 10,000 - 15,000 Seychellois living in exile and government refusal for the past 30 refusal to acknowledge they even exist. It is unparallel in modern government and democracy - for this, such situation to have gone on for 35 years and nobody form the West and EU call them or anybody to account.

Again - all the Opposition in Seychelles who have failed, refused to address or demand any form of national or international accountability about the fate of the 10, 000 - 15, 000 Seychelles exile/refugee.

Their Human Rights violation under the Constitution

The violation of their rights to vote, take part in our National affairs because of their exile/refugee situation

Violation of their Rights for proper Compensation.

The massive abuse and Corruption by the Seychelles government to collect and receive Funds, Grants targeted for supporting those living exile/refugee, democratic aspiration - these money, Funds, grants being improperly used. This for the past 20 years.

At the Blog for Seychelles Freedom Party, we read today that they have replied to the President of the Electoral Commission explaining the requested meaning of "bona fide" in their constitution. Again we will be adding their link to this thread.

In Seychelles - we have some 150 - 300 individuals who have returned from exile since 1991. In which case given the development of LUNGOS, civic society the requirement and need to have had some kind of Body, structure to represent the many highly important national interests of the exile/refugee who have returned and the 10,000 - 15,000 in exile.

There are former President, several ex Ministers, Leaders Members of the exile opposition and factions, Lawyers, business man and priest - yet none have found it necessary to support or put in place such national Body.

Seychelles prides itself for environment and ecology issues and policy - yet for the International communities where one of the most important agenda regarding human being is the topic of exile/refugee - nobody has sounded the alarm loud enough, lobby loud enough and express their concern loud enough. The utter hypocrisy and highly abnormal Benchmark and utterly corrupted practice in place. It would have been interesting to sum up how much money the Seychelles government have been given, fisted and granted over the past 20 for ecology and environment. In relation to the National exile/refuge issues.

These exile/refugees from our Nations have found refuge in the world leading civilization - how they deal with other International refugee issues and of people and nation, situation less deserving.

The objective of this thread is to focus on the National political situation - We have brought significant economic boost and vital economic support to the 2 and 3rd Republic. We have made highly important contributions and impacts at all level of our 3rd Republic working, Constitution, Judiciary, Police, Army, education, medical, public Service, private sector service, Tourist industry, the Small business, the Offshore industry, service industry, the Oil and energy industry, Fishing Industry - it is only natural and proper that we had due and adequate political representation at Local, Council, and National including international level to that we best represent our cause. As well as global and international issues - Indian Ocean, Gulf region and African Union.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2011/aug/14/larry-elliott-global-financial-system
In Seychelles - all the political parties talk and write about scandal and corruption - this is the biggest national scandal and corruption and going on for 20 years.

We had acquired some momentum in the progress, work to register SIROP etc exile/refugee program in Bruxelles and Seychelles. The massive personal, dreadful, traumatic time we went through the past two weeks - those who do not want us to become engage and get that SIROP etc exile/refugee program registered in Bruxelles or Seychelles. { Yet the length and extent they are supporting the destruction and destabilization of all North Africa and Gulf Region and the important extremist elements involved - their media involvement, this has been their position and attitude for the past 20 years.}

To make matter more complex given the very many possibilities using the Social Network - none or very few fro our Exile/refugee be they in Canada, USA, Quebec, EU, South Africa, Australia, Asia, New Zealand and other parts of the world join the existing network available to support, and let the world know their views - they prefer to suffer in Silence. They prefer to be and live as unknown and none existence entity, which do not do justice to our Greater Cause.

Everybody forgets is was not NDP, SNP or SFP that brought about the important political changes in Seychelles after 15 years of one party State - the changes were brought about by the Exile/refugee. Seychelles National politic has reached dead end/stalemate. In exile there are very many highly calibrated, experience Seychellois citizens and national who can bring the due revival to Seychelles in term of politic, social, democratic and the many institutional fibre that is essential, necessary to build a nation. There is the need and call to remind those political parties and their Leadership and Executives as well as their Supporters. We also know that from those 10,000 - 15, 000 the percentage that represent the Conservative, the SPPF/PL, the SNP and other Nationalist or Liberal and Socialist political views.

Note: We have read the artile and seen the picture of those who protested in London about Sechelles Seychelles government vilation of constitutinal rights regarding exile/refugee allowed to vote.

The Compensation debacle/debate - call for the 10,000 -15,000 Seychelles exile/refugee - $500 millions
After we posted that video of Mr Christopher Gill, your first 30 days as President of Sechelles Seychelles, we left out any issues relating to past and current National Compensation for Seychellois exile/refugee, simply as some of the leading Lawyers, Judges, Seychelles Judiciary will realize this is a "Horror, a proper can of maggots/worms".

Mr Christopher Gill is a relatively young Seychellois politicians and may not be fully aware of some of the highly complicated issues others and our person have handled, worked over over the past 35 years in relation to this Topic. {Any incoming none SPPF/PL government will be compel to address and tackle this burning National issues in relation, along with the National debts.}

Now that the NGO's, Civic Society in Seychelles have become familiar with some of the working of the International Institutions, Communities, Judiciary when addressing Refugee/Exile compensation. Inevitably the question is ask what percentage of this Compensation is/will the International Community foot/share. The need to see this as the situation was in 1991 there about, the development in exile/refugee compensation criteria - the impact of the Media on such issues and outcome.

1

This said - the question need to be raised, ask did - was there a Compensation Plan for the exile/refugees under that SIROP etc., return program. Had there been a/the proper change this program had envisaged - once again the need to refer to those documents, note left in Angers - Loire and those lost/destroyed in 87a Victoria Rd. Kilburn - Brent where that Program was concepted and managed. President FA Rene would like to indicate there was no specific plan for Compensation.

We had a Plan for the economic reintegration of the exile/refugee returning community

We had a plan to compensate those whose property had been nationalise

We had a plan to compensate, indemnify all those who had suffered as a result of the exile/refugee experience as laid out by the UN, IMF, World Bank and other international bodies - we had researched those issues some 5/10 years earlier and followed development.

We had envisaged some kind of National Bond, the exile/refugee could benefit from or exclusively - hence the issues of the Stock Market

Other special assistance, efforts, national program to help and support the returning refugee/exile.

Like we have said a great many of the SIROP etc working were not made public as such those from the USA, EU, Commonwealth who hijacked it did not know its working and it failed.

2

The National Compensation Plan under the Fudge/change which led to the 3rd Republic. One thing for certain the Seychelles government did not have any money in 1987/88 when that program was put together and they were relying upon its working to generate finance, capital, investments, business, Grants and Loans - over the next 10 years. They also knew from past experience of being in Office and such international government working/economic Program there would be other modalities, gearing process, taking place in this case some $20 billions and more, those who have the details and were involved.

Any young economist can review Seychelles government debts in 1987.

{ Mr Gerrard Houreau, the SNM/MPR Leader and his Executives Plan was just take everything back the SPPF had Nationalise and what ever help the International Communities would tip in/donate}

Available to the public are information of their National Plan and process to compensate the exile/refugee and those international investors who lost money, property Nationalise.

On the web certain individuals have written and address the issues of Seychelles government National Compensation - criteria's, this would have fallen under the Ministry of current President JA Michel, the media involvement and Court Cases.

The Seychelles Compensation plan was highly improper and certainly not fair - we will be coming back to this later. Some of their arguments for not compensating or refusal.

There was and has never been a proper plan to compensate the exile/refugee world wide or any returning exile/refugee under a National Plan.

The need to look at the East Africa debacle/compensation
Shortly after the Independence of Zanzibar those exile/refugee, expat who found themselves in Seychelles, beside Seychellois National like Captain Tregarten, my own uncle family, Mr Akba, the Parkar Family, Judge EJ Stiven, other Seychellois family we had know and other British expat in Seychelles who had lost property, existance and suffered as a result of the Revolution and exile. This was 1963/4

President FA Rene, Mr Philibert Louiseau, Mr Guy Sinon were familiar with events, development and political issues - debate in relation.

In relation, given that we formed part of OAU and today African Union. The compensation process, debacle for the Asian and all those who lost everything under the Uganda government of Idi Amin, Dr Obote and the British involvements, cases and issues to date.

Likewise in Tanganika and Kenya. After independence and the compensation process, Plan under President Julius Nyerere and President Jomo Kenyatta.

The need to look at the Compensation debacle/Plan for the Illois - BIOT from Britain
The original Plan

The more recent Compensation Plans, debacles. Court Cases.

Seychelles recent/History compensation cases
The earthquake and Tsunami of 2004/5 the compensation at international level for the Nation and Individual compensation, support a proper account need to be drawn up. They did not just get $30 millions, get got a very great deal more.

In Recent Sechelles Seychelles, the La Miser - Di leau kaka, the court case political issues, CRITERIA FOR COMPENSATION

The National assembly, Riot of 2009, Court case and compensation criteria's.

Police abuses cases

News paper publication cases - civil case.

The Somali, pirate compensation at international level for Seychelles and those Fisherman affected and impacted.

We believe to educate, familiarise the people, citizens the need to look at issues we have worked and associate with at International level

We have studied and followed closely the compensation plan by the French government of the Pied Noir - still ongoing

We began to address President Francois Mitterrand and President Jacques Chirac for some kind of compensation for the decendents of those forced to flee France during the religious persecution, the French Revolution.

The Holocaust $8 billions compensation - had that SIROP etc program not gone through, the Berlin Wall not come down, changes in USSR, COMECON, Germany reunification there would not have been any compensation.

Beside the Holocaust Compensation - the compensation fro those whose properties were confiscated by the Communist in East Germany/East Europe and their return to their owners and descendents/Family.

The Armenian Compensation - we began to work, familiarise our self with their issues way back in 1983 and as such their support later.

Kurds Compensation program, plan - the international dimension and such involvement,

The Vietnam compensation program/plan and how it worked.

The various Irish Compensation program, plans - how it /they work.

For that SIROP etc program we studied the Latin American model, compensation and resettlement.

The Sir Lanka compensation for the Tamil Tigers.

If anybody think we were sleeping when two years ago the news broke of the Slave Compensation broke through, those Nations involved in Slave Trade the Massive Compensation Bill they have to Foot. What about the Seychelles Slaves and the Seychelles Exile/refugees.

Rather a highly interesting development is the Mau Mau case - Call for compensation currently running.

We are the first Seychellois exile/refugee who address the International Court of Justice in Person 1991 and other instance in writing.

The need to take into account that £21 millions Royal Court of Justice compensation for that SIROP etc program and the other Court case at Canterbury County court for compensation again to do with those properties, issues of that Program 1995.

In recent as reference - the dreadful kenya Riot two years ago and the Compensation process, Plan by the Kenya government.

Had the Opposition won the last presidential election May 2011, they would have been called upon to review and put in place such Compensation plan. The need to make provision for none Seychellois, those expats and investors who lost as results of the revolution/coup d'état and their call/civil case for compensation which will come about with a none SPPF/PL government.

Again the fact that none of the Oppositions SNM, New DP, Mr Phillippe Boulle, previous opposition, SFP addressed those issues adequately/seriously.

The Judiciary Institutions in Seychelles 1991 and today. The Constitutional Court today and in 1991, the Commission.

The African Union Judiciary in 1991 and today.

The/if not underlying argument - to compensate those Seychelles Exile/Refugees not just in Seychelles but where ever they are for the Traumas and destroyed lives - their Children.

This is why we had began to call for a National review, the gross imbalance, we had delivered on that SIROP etc program those who had made near $10 billions and stash it away beside what was brought into the economy. Those exile/refugee communities of Seychelles who supported and helped.

We believe a Sum of $500 millions is not exaggerated and may be more. In all those Compensation Plan those calling for Compensation set a higher Sum and how it is negotiated - bottom line.

We have discussed such issues with some of the following:

Ex Minister D Joubert

Ex Minister Phillippe Jumeau
